They're getting better with their english
English proficiency from what I have notice seems to be overrepresented in Beijing. I assume this is due to education and employment necessity. Almost every Beijing person I have met who was under 40 had a fairly decent grip with speaking English.
thats bad.
@@kimeli still better
@@sherine9033 no, i mean thats bad for china, if chinese people start learning english then mandarin will lose its power. china should stick to mandarin and spread mandarin to the world so that it can become the lingua franca.
@@kimeli but it's a social demand, they gotta learn english whether they want it or not if they want people to buy their stuffs. Their fellow chinese is very unlikely to buy cos they both know the tricks, and how overpriced all the stuffs are. Besides, mandarin is too complicated, it'll be hard for it to become as internationally used as english. Tho I do know that it's gradually becoming more and more popular day by day.
This is what I like about buying to Chinese, you have very long conversations talking about price...
_You breaking MA heart..._
_You breaking my wallet_
Lol😂
@Dragon SIN
Smooth
You have interesting playlist
You must like ripping people off. Buying fake brands is stealing.
Or simply put you breaking the law!
"All is China style" exactly 😂😂
Yep. Accurate.
@Lai Dai Han Oh it's Beijing tho, go to Collin Abroadcast's channel the full video is there hahaha
Lai Dai Han there’s plenty of fakes in SE Asia. Just ask any local tour guide. 😂
@@uahrisk6491 I live in SEA, China's fakes are still waaaayy superior
oof stereotype ish eh?
I feel bad for the vendors cause they're just trying to make a living.
But then again, they don't think twice about scamming people either.
Exactly, don’t feel sorry for them. They lie like they breathe.
They act like what they eat. Just like braised pork
Thats why dont believe what the salesperson said to you. Just bargain the price. 😅
These prices are quite high for fake products...u have to see it in other Asian countries how cheap they are
exactly
His channel is “Collin Abroadcast” and he’s the best haggler in the game.
When I saw this title, I just knew it's him.
He’s pure anti-China trash. Chinese people should just ignore him and his videos.
Sipingal Liu he goes everywhere to haggle, not just China.
@@sipingal 🤡
Haidi Cheng you don’t know him. Go to China teacher brand’s Channel, check his comments from the video regarding buying train tickets. I knew him pretty well. I’ve seen many his comments.
The ladies speak better english than international 5stars hotels staff. Even better than chinese english teachers!
Not surprised for they get to experience having real conversation with foreigners.
They speak better english than some chinese diplomats
"Don't break my heart" lol hahaha 😆😅
That of episode of cartman trying to buy things from chinese people.
😂😂😂
I kinda kept on laughing the whole time I was watching I thought this kind of bargaining happens only in India 😅😂😂😂😂
These two Americans did what I have never done in China 🤣they are real Chinese
This is why i buy stuff with the price tag on. So much nonsense and it's 1000% over priced.
As with all goods, if it's over priced is up to the buyer. The price of a pair of Jordan sneakers to produce and to market by Nike is a little more than 16 US dollars
and you think price tag can't be manipulate? you by double or triple normal price and fine with it if it have price tag? what an insanity of comment.
uuugh I hate this haggling, it's so sly and false...
Lol 230 and a milk tea
I think those women are fierce but not rude. Once, I reluctantly bargain for children's cloth in Xian Market, and that was just because the seller keeps asking me to buy when I was just accompanying a friend. So, said the price by random price, and the woman turned to a crazy woman and keeps yelling me angrily. I was really shocked and embarrassed by this. That was one rude woman.
But I keep telling my self that I cannot be downed by this "accident" and in the end, I managed to buy a lot of clothes with more than half cheaper than the original price.
yeah, that's the art of bargaining
Before coming to China I was kind an anxious about negotiating, asking for more, openly sharing my thoughts... this place is amazing for you to work on it, it really pays back.
They say it's 1,000 yuan because they see you as a foreigner, but the normal price should only be 100 yuan😂 you just say don't buy she will say 100 is ok😅
New currency!!! MILK TEA🤣🤣🤣. Next time I will pay by milk tea🤣🤣🤣
Still he was paying more.. 😂😂
they could have gone lower if they wanted to lololol
Milk tea sealed the deal 😂😂😂😂😂
Sino-US trade Negotiation, Live.
hahaha.....
Underrated
so glad i always have a earpiece wherever i go.
so they wouldn't bother me
I love how they bringing the price drasticly. From 1200 to 250. That's basically almost 80% off. Even i would think twice to sell new things for even half as much. But then again, they are knock-offs
The clothes look original.
Not like the ones in my country.
All developing countries have fake markets even Hong Kong.
You don't have to blur there faces it's not illegal as long as you are permitted to film.
Apparently they didn't get the permission.
ugwuanyi victor NYC has knock offs. 😁😁😁😁😁
If the person doesn't want their face to be shown then there's nothing you can do.
you can see their faces in collin abroadcast videos anyways, idc if its blurred since the faces are familiar. and you can literally see the face even if its blurred hahaha
I always feel bad about haggling too much, like a few extra bucks means nothing to me, but might really help the vendor.
How real are their fakes?
Well 0
Well it's 100% easy to tell
WOAHH I SEE U EVERYWHERERER
I’ve heard that silk street prices are 5-10 times higher than taobao.
I wen to china for half a month. And it is amazing to bargain with the chinese. And when you know the price of everything. It's so easy to bargain
I'm surprised the shopkeepers can speak English so well. You usually buy these fakes knowing they are fakes and giving it to other ppl pretending you've paid a heavy price
This is the reason why Alibaba and Amazon are killing the retail chain. Especially fashion industry, the cost to make those clothes or sneaker probably 10-15% then mark it up for another 500%.
It's amazing that those staff can speak English fluently !
I ve been there. 70-90% of customers are foreigners.
Business people are smart people. I used to work a street market in a cosmopolitan town, I can sell a shirt in 4 different languages.
I don`1 think they are staff, they are probably small business owners
These ppl can speak japanese, korean, french, Italien, and more
In Shanghai, it is the same. This kind of markets cater to the needs of foreigners, because many people in China have never heard of some popular brands such as Supreme. I remember thy my students begged us to take them to this market so that they could buy gifts for their friends and families when we were in Shanghai this past summer.
the last lady had me giggling i love her personality
“ it’s 2000 “
I’ll do hmmmmmm *5*
I feel so bad for that poor woman.... that guy is so annoying
Thats how you bargain in asia
That's why when you had chinese tourists from China their alway asked 50% discounts than the real prices. So hard to entertain this kind of customers.I get it you want the items more cheaper but the shop rent, stocks and workers still need money to paid.
@@prayfortheworld7960 true even though its not an original one but thought it has got its own price people should understand that bargaining too much I don't even like it either
As a Indian it's totally normal for me to see😂
The best scam is they intentionally set the price that high and let you haggle them down.
Shoes are normally around 180 RMB to maybe 250 RMB.
That fat is so famous there i bought there so many times 😂😂😂
Is it still fake if they don't pretend it's real?
Haha!! I have done a couple of shopping from this area and I can totally understand the situation...😄
First time i've seen a deal closed with bubble tea though.
In the past, all these shoes were produced at a low cost in China, fakes are actually the same as genuine quality, we often pay high prices only for a logo.
But I am still very surprised why foreigners prefer this place to Chinese.
They don't censor the faces 😕😬
Fear Planet they censor the eyes so it’s harder to identify
@@kynteji yea
that's not even like a real style
All is china style.
😂😂😂😂
Thats very expensive, i only buy there in china that only cost 50 to 99 yuan
Why did you blur the faces in his videos they aren’t blurred ?
Saleswoman: Don't break my heart
Me: I break everyone's heart who tried to scam me for knock-offs
They are aggressive and sweettalker as well😂😂🤣👌👌👌
0:16 What kind of logo are they using ?
I got same experience at Thailand, enjoy the process for role playing as merchant bargaining or don't if you dislike this kinda deal.
People enjoyed the bargaining.
0:16 "Welcome to the hub..."
Made in China
Mass produced
Always offer 10% of their asking price
This youtuber is Colinabroadcast
Better you buy at h&m or zara or uniqlo.. Give you less headache.
It's easy to troll them if they have 2 sellers. Ask 1 to give you their best price then tell him/her to stand aside for a moment and ask the other who hopefully wasn't paying attention
still ripped off 250 yuan for a tshirt is so expensive ,40 yuan here in nepal last time i bought which comes from china which is still expensive as we can find tshirt in 15 yuan
He could have learnt the skill from an indian auntie.
😂
Chinese seller deal with Indian buyer.....
Perfect match !
Collin Abroadcast 😀
Don't break my heart 😂
You know, you can bargain but dude your bargaining price are really ridiculous~~ they all have family back home and need to earn money for living, plus have to pay rent their shops (have you ever think "what if the person are not the owner but a worker?''). Surely they will get hot soup from the owner of the shop and (sometimes) the owner will deduct their salary for not making any profits from all of that stuff (though all of that are fake),,ckckc
Their average price is much higher than in the actual Nike / adidas outlet store
Well she can actually reject the offer right, if she accept then she probably still has the profit from it
Sure they can rejects the price that seems like not making any profits but hey.. what if they haven't get any customer for the whole day (the competition trades are very strict on the market)? They will desperate to get the deal of bargaining over the stuff they sells to make some money.
@@MissChibi7782 thats how bussiness work, dont be so naive, do you wanna buy fake product with expensive price? Probably not too.
I don't know if im dumb or coward to bargain..but if I get into shop that says 'fixed price, no bargaining' I rather not step in or buy stuff the price tag. If I get some discount on whatever the price was in a store I would happily buy it, like 20/30%.
they sold it more expensive than original store at my own country
Just check the price online before u go, and its like 5% higher from there, but u can see and try what ur buying and they need to eat. 😁
Well that’s dumb
Getting aggressive and not giving discounts just makes the people not buy the stuff
Getting at least 255 yuan is better than 0
But they could always find another customer to buy it for more. They’re after a profit and in the free market dominated by tourists like that, it’s not too difficult to come by someone to get a much better deal from (on the vendor’s side anyways). They know Collin is smart and they have to work hard to get the price to what they’d want optimally. Even if it’s overpriced I guess
But yeah, some of them were too aggressive
Mereka: Gw harus nawar ampe gw dapet
Emak gw: pegang jengkol gw
Jengkol KW
Ha?
Emak gue: "pura-pura merajuk"
Edgy
Hold my jengkol 😂😂😂
Everyone: You're Handsome.
I srsly need to learn on how to bargain like them😂
Why would you even buy fakes? It’s disgusting.
Hahaha The way the sellers try to flatter them just to get them to buy.
if ur force him more he will eventually not buy the shirt so remember: if u go faster u will fail
if u go slower u will succed.
just like homework
I wonder why they only say numbers on a calculator... is it to make it seem more legit?
Thats it..? my mumma can easily bargin more with that vendor😂
3:08 lol this woman, I've seen on CZcams before.
Ah the special foreigner reserve discount!
You're not even going to say his channel? It's bigger than yours 😂🤣
look at top left screen
The seller think that because they are foreigner they can sell for high price but the price is higher than the original one 🤣
I'm laughing at 'All China style' lol 😂😂😂
Ahhh I remember the youtuber who have skills for bergaining
rrrr rrrruff ruff
How come the fake cloth is more expensive than the real one
If the rip offs were cheap i would definetely buy
So the key is to go REAL low, threaten to leave, come back and repeat.
The savage game
Im.glad we dont have these kind of markets here in philippines, everything here is genuine
Lol 😂
It kind of reminds me of greenhills in Manila though. Not as aggressive, but you would still need to bargain
you joking right
Lol, never trust when they don't even put the price there.
scmp is about to create a whole series on how to haggle in chinese markets
Yes that’s true silk place the prize are not real 😂😂
Dormamu... I've come to bargain! *AGAIN!*
How much is the shirt worth? They buy them for like 50 yuan.
The art of dealing.. but sometimes it's just tiring
Right...250..no 5..no I do 230...no 4 ok 15..ok ..ok
i'd rather buy some clothing at retails rather than have to argue to have a knock-offs
What does 250 mean is it Yuan??
One of any those clothes cost less than 50 yuan to produce and transport.
You look handsome
Ohhh yeaahhh let me buy it
In dreams
0:44 980 RMB, lol hella expensive and rip off. Should be around 100 to 299 RMB only.
*”No two number”*
Fine, I will do 99.00
In the Philippines, you can buy that same shirt for $8.
I wish I can be called handsome every time I shop
these people are better than me at bargaining
The EarHub sign at the beginning
Way better than Amazon Marketplace! Lol!
They say it's 1,000 yuan because they see you as a foreigner, but the normal price should only be 100 yuan😂 you just say don't buy she will say 100 is ok😅
Why should fake stuff be expensive anyway
if someone sold me something i would never use, then they won. I will not even spend 1 for those shoes and she made him buy it for 500.
So u couldnt do a video on Simon Wilson(the other guy)🧐 the guy that drove a 40£ car from Liverpool to Madrid
