either bolt in the side marker or Manipulate the pins to make it stay lol i had the same problem. I got the KBD nismo bumper so it might be a little different

Bro for your jdm side markers if you pull the clips back you can get them to fit like oem. I have some jdm sequentials on mine that didn’t fit out the box same issue as you but i pulled the clip to match the oems and wired them to my headlights now they sit no issues and they’re in perfect sync with the spec d strip
Also are you lowered at all or did you just dial in that wheel fitment to get rid of your gaps? I’m still on true divorced but I’m thinking about going Tein maybe Megan coils
Are the flame and tunes safe for the reliability of the car?
Yes ! , but be aware a lot of abuse will eventually lead to more wear and tear. 02 sensors will most likely fail if used a lot and oil changes intervals must be more frequent

It does , only at the bottom by the diffuser portion
