@@CTFJproductions the time stamp does him a little dirty, the round before he said put the melon on a unit that doesn't need garlic, then next round thats why he says put the garlic on the dog when he is trying to pill the turtle

Markers might be handy for when you want a slash, but you can't cut out the stream from the stream.

He talks so much shit about horse, but then plays scampi and seal. Like my guy, they are all trash. The only unit that is legit worse, is elephant. Elephant is only takeable if you need something to yeet at the back of your squad for stats.

@@robertdean7778 If you look at his tier list, he ranked shrimp c tier and seal d tier (along with horse). He knows they're bad he just has more fun with them.
It's the classic TCG design ideal of making bad cards that are fun enough that people still want to try to make them work even when they know they're bad. And this becomes doubly relevant if you're playing with an audience.

My buddy who watches ludwig just got this game. Thanks to NL this has been my crack since his first video. Me and him talked out his first run. We walked ourselves to 10 wins with the tried and truth NL method:
1) big early game unit we chose mosquito due to two in the opening shop with a beaver
2) early crab with meat behind big early unit
3) transition to swan as big unit in early mid game
4) level ups on tier up turns to get us an early good unit this case a penguin for scaling big units
5) scale mid game with money to play with to try to find late game plays and scaling with items while you roll
6) pivot hard from big goose crab + mid game meta (big units with items in my case) into late game meta using gold to roll for big shop
7) Late game meta of turkey fly rooster shark deer to make it all worth nothing as we are scum lol
8) profit
The panic freeze, unfreeze, freeze, and buy combo is giving me new life.

Getting the Eagle early by levelling up lets you do the biggest high roll by pilling them. Get those T6 units while everyone has T4 it’s so much fun.

Dude, dragon is the most broken unit. I feel like i get 10 wins every time I get it. Scaling your entire squad is just mental, like crabs but better.
Dragon is good if you’re winning UNLESS it’s already level two. The scaling is very slow so if you don’t have lives you could lose

I remember 8 months ago when i heard that pill back in early november 2021
I stumbled into a build similar to the croc/parrot/dolphin combo NL ran into at 50:57 that used a level 2 dolphin, level 3 parrot, tiger, and skunk with a buffed up dog in the front. It was a glorious, maniacal sniper slaughterfest as soon the round began. I didn't get to 10 wins with it, but you'd be surprised how much it shreds through some key comps, like tactical scorpion placements, flies, turkeys, snakes, etc.
