This is wonderful. So many people would love this round house to live in. Thank goodness these people are around in the world. Wish I could and had the chance to live like this. The people who are concerned are just a bit scared, they are used to living without having to share.
I like the mix of accents. Not one Welsh accent within the project. All South East. Personally I think it's a fantastic idea, but as a psychologist, I can categorically say that it's not the project the locals are worried about, it's the Londoners descending. x
I applaud this with great enthusiasm. Hopefully humanity will wake up in time to prevent its own destruction. You have done your part and for that i congratulate you. Peace :)

This is to Nathan evans In Tobermory Ontario canada there is a couple looking to do just that. They are about to buy land, a few yurts and some green houses. To give it a go. I'm sure if you were interested in a "work for rent" situation. I know thy are looking for like minded people who interested in doing something that "can't be done" like a permaculture food forest.
modern world skills are geared toward profit maximsiation through efficiency. Nice if you like money or able to earn it. If you're not particularly interested in money, you are subjected to a life of others material wealth. This lifestyle is extremely temping because it eschews the system whilst still having friends and community. If i was to quit my job, i would get belittled by everyone and called all sorts of names.

The older people against the plan are classic NIMBYs. They are only scared about the value of their own houses and think that they own the view. They're the last generation to have made money en masse from property and able to enjoy a trouble free retirement. I bet that they would complain about any outsider coming in and buying a house.
The troubles people have to go through just to live off their own land. The gov don't want you going out farming your own food. Living off the land and basically taking care of yourself. They can't stand it when peeps attempt to get away.

I'm also trying to look for somewhere to do this. I want to live like this with people but still looking for people who will persue their heart enough
