The vehicle technology in the US doesn't impress me much, but what impresses me is the space you have. The company premises are huge. The workshop is a cathedral and beautifully clean and tidy.
We have over 500 semis and not nearly as much space. We have to park so tightly that you have to take the pen out of your jacket to get into the truck.

Higher taxes in Europe but more vacation, more social security, more retirement money, less healthcare costs. Overall a much better life.

Looks like Bruce is going to have to grow up now that he is playing with the big boys in the real world ! Thats the biggest truck shop I have ever seen ! And so clean and organized ! It will be tough for Bruce to get use to !
This wont last long like everything he does its always half hearted effort and never follows through always jumping around dif things but nothing gets done and content is cringe asf. This is another failure on its way.

At my local shop, they had a wrecked reefer truck sitting in the back lot waiting for parts back when Covid stopped everything, and someone didn’t do their job in cleaning out what was left of the load of frozen meat that was still in the back. 2 months later the parts arrived and they went to get it and it was just swarming with maggots… insurance company had to total it out 🤦♂️

Big step up for you and the guys. The rolling road dyno is a massive thing for you to see what you are ACTUALLY getting from your projects. I take it the Scania stuff will be taking a back seat for a while until you get properly set up in the new shop. Best of luck for you and the guys.
The heavy towing and recovery industry is definitely a huge learning curve! But there’s so many great training classes that are available. Highly recommend taking even the intro ones. If you ever need any insight feel free to reach out!

IF I OWNER OF THE SHOP I WOULD HIRE A CREW TO DISASSEMBLE THE DONE DONE SEMI TRUCKS AND SALVAGE THE PARTS AND BREAK DOWN THE RIMS FROM THE TIRES TO CLEAN UP THE ALUMINUM RIMS FOR RESALE AND RETREAD THE TIRES,SAND BLAST REAR ENDS AND PAINT OR POWDER COAT THEM TO RESALE.IF THEY WANT TO START A CREW IM WILLING TO RELOCATE AND HELP OUT.HAVE A BLESSED DAY

I would love to be a guinea pig for that dyno when it's ready. I have a Peterbilt 386 that I bought used and have zero clue on the tuning it has but it has something. Look forward to the future videos.
Setting up a used truck part division, performance division with the Dyno and stuff will be a nice addition to cash flow.

So, FCR focused on International. The International S13 drive train uses a Scania engine. Bruce and his team are quite familiar with Scania engines by now.

That 770 engine they turned up to, was it 900 BHP, in Finland. Throw that in one of your Scania and go towing with that. That would prpbably be fun.
I think they cant do that legally... Thats why 770hp engine was not shipped to the USa

I know all about the constant bucking rivets on these trailers. 15 years of trailer/truck repair and I lost at least half my hearing. Definitely the hardest of it is trailers though. Panels/roofs/radius basically everything is bucked. Very few times I'm using pull rivets. Unless it's a reefer than basically the entire side is shaver heads but than you gotta go back and cut/shave 1000 plus rivets
