Well stated, I couldn't put my finger on WHY I like these two so much. It's the chemistry! I'm a 57 tr old dude. Why would I watch two younger people fish non-stop? It's your chemistry and I was not at all surprised how quickly your relationship condensed into such strong feelings so fast after watching you for months now.
Great story! That 2 years is gonna completely disappear. I'm 10 years older than my wife. We are in NC but she is from Ga. Be thankful that you found each other so early in life. Cole, smartest thing you will ever do. I love you guys videos! A preacher once told me you don't fight over how the other turns down the bed covers, just climb in together! You guys are superstars! Beautiful story. My parents met and married in 6 weeks. They stayed married for over 30 years. Unfortunately Dad pass away in his early 60's and Mom followed 12 years later. You two's little story reminded of my parents relationship. Appreciate each other's Strengths and Love each other's Faults.

A wife that has love, and respect for you, a one up to four years older is PERFECT.
If she is loving, and respecting, she will not boss you, and her being older will be a huge help.
Mine is 5 years younger and I was tired of waiting for her to mature, and start showing it. Finally it happened, she opened as pretty, quite a sage of a lady, but I had to quite wait.
I knew that loving, and older than me is better, but due to the stuff I went through in life, I married at 29. By that time many girls were gone, married, and I feel blessed that God gave me what I have today. She took time to mature, my wife, but she is an awesome spouse today, and I am finally happy.

You guys remind me so much of my wife and me! After 44 years together, she is still the light of my life and my rock. I love the fact that you keep your videos profanity free and safe for our last two at home to watch without fear of other “bombs” that are so easily dropped. I just seen your video, I enjoy your episodes. I can top your engagement. I met my wife on Feb 20th, on March 15th I asked her hand in marriage. We married on May 7th of the same year.....76 days from the time we met to husband and wife. We’ve been married for 32 years and she just passed away this last February. The first year was rough, but after that it’s been a wonderful life. There’s no real secret to a successful marriage...... you just have to love one another more and more every day.
I hope y'all have a great relationship like me and my wife have, we met in Oct of 88, married in Feb 89 and have been married for 30 years, good luck to you both
Crazy things happen lol . I actually met my wife doing community service for traffic tickets you know speeding , reckless driving racing and 24 years and 4 boys later still married it changed my life for the better .

That's a Great day (10 September)! That was my parents' anniversary. September 10, 2016 was their last anniversary. My dad passed on 27 October 2016. I wish the best for y'all.

Your story is very similar to ours. We met while in the army, stationed in Cali, but we didn't start dating until about three months before we were to move to our next assignment. Two weeks after we started dating I asked her to marry, and we were married about three weeks later. We had a wonderful 39.5 years together before she passed last fall. I pray you two have a wonderful life together, and remember, never go to sleep mad at each other!
I've never seen two people more perfect for each other than you two. I've watched this video three or four times, because I like to bust loose a happy tear or two now and then. I'm 62 years old, never married, because i never found a girl who liked fishing, and snakes and lizards, and all sorts of critters, and running around in the woods and creeks and lakes, near as much as I did. Maybe in my next life I'll find her. But for now, I'm getting the contact buzz off of Cole and Jay, and your videos of all your adventures, and the way you live your lives, just makes me happy, and gives me hope. You're family is awesome. My wife and I were from the same small town but never really hung out. We met up at Penn State about six years after high school and immediately connected; 38 years, three kids and four grandkids later we're still going strong. As for the pet peeves..my wife also leaves everything open, still...after 38 years! So Cole, be prepared to close up a lot of cabinet doors and drawers. I will get stuff out and put it back as soon as I'm done using it even if there are others who may need it...hey, I'm not a mind reader. Just remember how wonderfully blessed you are and you'll overcome anything...maybe not right away but eventually... Really appreciate your videos.

You know one of the best things in your story, is the similarities between the two of you.
So many men marry for, I won't say the wrong reason, but a partially right reason may be a nicer way to put it.
I have always said the best things a couple can have is similarities. Do not let fishing or hunting or any other thing become your mistress. Make sure you both have the same interests, or are at least the will to learn and the rest will follow along. Love your story, be well.

You won't believe it but....my wife and I met in Biology class. I sat in front, she in the back. She liked to talk so the teacher sat her next to me. She was horrible with biology, me much better so she came to my home for homework. I moved during the Christmas break but we dated all through high school, I asked her to marry me our senior year. After school, I joined the air force. After 6 months I returned on leave and we got married Feb 5th, 1966. We are still married and would not change anything. Best wishes to both of you.

J, seatbelts saved me and my sons lives this year August 11th at 8:30P. On the way to go pick up a boat to go frogging less than a mile from my house we were hit head on by someone not drunk, just not paying attention. You and Cole are a great couple, don't risk your life by not wearing your seatbelt this should be automatic as soon as you get in the car. All serious things aside I really enjoyed your video y'all. Great video! I did not know you met in my Marine Biology class. I was very touched by the nice things you said about me when talking about the wedding. Really, it made me tear up a bit. As you said, you were my first couple to marry together and definitely the best of the weddings I have performed so far! Expecting there to be many more anniversaries in your future. Well me and my wife have been together for 22 years 21 years married and we are happy, she came from a broken marriage with another man for 7 years and I met her at this bar that my sister worked at in 2000 and a year later we got engaged to be married and I am so grateful for meeting her when I did. She is my lady and I will love her for the rest of my life. We biker but don't argue we always look for solutions, and I could not ask for anything else I ❤ her and will not leave her side till death. She is my everything.
