The one thing I still don’t understand is Meghan stating she couldn’t get help with her mental health. Didn’t Harry, William and Kate start and promote “Heads Together” which was a mental health organization? You would think Harry would still have numbers for professionals she could speak with. I find her statement hard to believe.

How on earth did Margaret get onto a main stage with her mediocre "skills"... oh her great grandfather, Herbert Hoover who almost single handedly brought down the United States in his presidency and who's legacy is "Hooverville" usa. I mean really, he had zero respect for the state of those that had to live through his imbecile decisions, the apple hasn't fallen anywhere past that tree.

One of the most important aspects of Tina Brown's book hasn't been mentioned in any of the interviews I've seen so far, and it goes DIRECTLY to the credibility of Meghan and Harry, which is the issue of her "mental health" struggles. Diana spoke openly about therapy--therapy she got FROM her position INSIDE the royal family, because they DID get her help. She didn't sneak behind their backs, and for all that has been made of her "leaving" the royal family after the divorce, she was STILL living inside the royal family as a member, with Charles reportedly coming to have lunch with her several times when whatever royal business he had that brought HIM to the royal residence from HIS country estate in Highgrove. So, getting therapy was fine with the royals then, and they took that lesson and applied it to Harry, as she documents in The Palace Papers, with everyone working for ages to get him to agree to get help, which he finally did courtesy of an array of MI6 specialists with experience in helping people learn to manage cognitive dissonance and stress that comes with having essential selves of internal identities contrasted with the false personas projected publicly OR any of another list of top experts in the nation. Everyone in the family was very much relieved, fearing far worse consequences if he did NOT get help than if he DID. Then came the Heads Together promotion in part because of Harry's progress, which added even more names and royal endorsements. So, when they claim that they had "no choice" but to leave and seek help on their own outside the UK, they're clearly lying!!! Harry had plenty of money and pages of names to which he could have turned to get her help, never even having to ask or go to the Firm for it. So, as Tina Brown pointed out in her book, it's on HARRY, not his family, that HE didn't get help for HIS wife IF she had reached a point of no longer being able to exercise agency due to what used to be called a "nervous breakdown" but would more likely now be described as deficiencies in skills required for managing emotions and behaviors.
Then there's what she said in the Oprah interview about Kate "making me cry" and how "it hurt my feelings" that KATE had an opinion on how KATE's CHILD was going to dress. Specifically, she said, "It didn't make sense to not just be doing whatever [long pause], whatever everyone else was doing, which was trying be supportive knowing what was going on with my Dad." Think of those raging groomzilla moments we've heard and how Harry was reportedly raging at all and sundry with the words and notion that "whatever MEghan wants MEghan gets"! He's been raised within this monarchy from birth; how could he possibly expect that attitude to be taken by those who'd been in the institution longer than Harry himself had been a royal? I think they're issues really started there, in the wedding nonsense, but that Oprah interview was absolutely MEghan THINKING she was going to knife Kate with that narrative that SHE was in the wrong, poor little MEghan the victim (as always), BUT that Kate had "apologized and owned it," (slamming the door in Kate's face NOT making the account for some reason). In reality, MEghan made MEghan cry, but she KNEW Kate couldn't issue a clarification about the Oprah interview. Every step of the way, MEghan has been miscalculating, because she apparently this oh-so-smart and learned woman didn't understand even the most basic tenet of history it is that if you come for the king, you better not miss; SHE and HARRY missed, and now they're stunned to be paying the price?!? Buh bye...

I don't understand why Ms. B would speculate that the alleged comment from Prince Charles about skin color was meant in any way to be from a racist or malicious perspective? My Father is Mexican of primarily Spanish descent ( he could tan to a deep brown in summer) and my Mother, is American of primarily German with some Scotch/Irish descent. My Mother's family loved my Father and us kids very much. Did they wonder what the child on the way might look like? I'm sure they did. Just like all family's wonder what a child on the way (especially the first) might look like. My older sister looked like Hitler's dream child at a young age. Extremely fair with almost white blonde hair. I remember when I was young looking at family photos of my dark latin looking Father holding my sister and thinking how funny it looked. I also thought pictures of my Mother holding me as a baby looked like she had someone else's baby. I found it AMUSING. I think as humans.. it's in our DNA to wonder. And you'd have to imagine in a family as inbred as the Royals... what kind of exciting new "wondering" they could consider with such exotic new blood in the family. Also keep in mind this is a family that "breeds" everything... horses.. dogs.. and yes, people. I think the problem with the "alleged" comment is that people are running it through their own filters. And that's ridiculous because you can't possibly think the way the Royal family does. No one has their family history not just of heritage and bloodlines but also experiences. Isn't it enough that the R. Family set aside every traditional criteria for a Royal bride so that Meghan with all her negatives (horrid family, divorcee, actress and American and certainly not a Virgin) to not only marry Harry, but also to be given a State wedding where the Prince of Wales escorted her partway to the alter and then to top it all off the Queen made her a Duchess... and STILL they are smeared with the racist brush because someone wondered what the unborn child on the way might look like? It's ridiculous. As a mixed race child I can tell you I think the speculation of the alleged comment is race-a-phobic. Ms. B should consider that viewpoint or maybe she just wants to make sure she doesn't suffer any woke-a-mania feedback if she doesn't say the right thing. Sad. Sad Sad.

To Margaret Hoover, after she questioned why the Queen would have her son Andrew accompany her during the memorial for his father and continue to favor him. Are you a mother? If you are a mother, that's a stupid question. A mother's love for her children is the greatest force on Earth and never wanes. Instead of questioning the Queen's motives, both the women should just quit speculating and just accept that she is his mother, Prince Philip was his father and it was her decision to make. When you are born into royalty there is no easy way to exit that legacy if you want to. The dichotomy is being born into great privilege and also great obligation to the crown and the public. Your life really is not your own just by virtue of being born into this circumstance. Any royal who has made the move to leave this lifestyle is going to make huge waves. Edward and Wallis Simpson left but still wanted the perks and money associated with the royal legacy. Diana tried to make an identity outside of the royal family, Harry and Meghan the same. But the inescapable reality is that the royal legacy is an intrinsic part of their identity and can never be erased.

Former President Obama had a black father and a white mother and he was considered black by the whole world. I don’t claim to be an expert on interracial offspring and how they are identified to the world but I just thought it was interesting how former President Obama was “classified”. Number One: Americans are not “enthralled” by the British monarchy. Never have been. Never will be. Some of us consider it 'quaint' but pls get over this wishful thinking that we're 'enthralled'. We're just not. We accept it as your form of govt and we're fine with that. There is no American 'fascination' with your monarchy. So get over that.
Secondly, the monarchy is not at a 'fragile' position. It's been around forever - over a thousand years - and it's gonna be around for a long time to come.... So pls get rid of this 'fragile' nonsense. Your system seems to work pretty well - - especially compared to the mess we find ourselves in today. An old New England Yankee once said, “If it's not broken, don't fix it”.... and your system seems to work quite well so just leave well enough alone.
Charles will be a fine king....even if he has pet projects like the environment and organic farming. That's bad? He and Camilla come over to Washington and we love him to death. No one has been better trained for his role as King as Prince Charles.... and I hear a throws a decent football too.
Behind him are Will and Kate. No couple is better groomed for the throne. Kate is stylish, graceful and refined - - you couldn't ask for anyone better. We love Kate.
So where do all these headlines come from screaming, “The monarchy is on the verge of collapse?
You Brits really need to take a deep breath - - - the monarchy isn't going anywhere anytime soon.

And, from the public statements I heard to Prince Harry, during his departure from the UK as a working member of the British Monarchy, and also afterwards, when Prince Harry was already living in California, it can be concluded that Prince Harry wanted to leave the UK and go live in another country, but he didn't want to completely abandon the Monarchy. I think that Prince Harry will go to live in another country to do some work connected with the monarchy and make that work compatible with his humanitarian activity. Prince Harry even said that he had not planned to make contracts with Netflix, but from the conversation we concluded that he did so as a way to earn some money.
In fac , in the Danish Royal Family, the brother of the future King of Denmark, Prince Joquin, who also has a great military training like Prince Harry, also went to live in Paris and work as a military attaché at the Danish Embassy in Paris, and his wife , Princess Marie , performs in Paris cultural cooperation activities between France and Denmark, also carrying out, periodically, activities in Denmark in events of which she is patron.
I can't have the same thought about Meghan. I think that Meghan was so criticized in the UK, that she started to feel very uncomfortable and some anger made her want to leave the UK, and try to get a life of prosperity in the USA.
Prince Harry must miss the UK and his British Family, but this experience in the USA can enrich him personally and professionally, and can be an asset to his future life, which in my opinion will pass, later or sooner, for returning to the UK.

I believe Harry wants to be able to say, 'You, William, well you are going to be the King some day, but I'm the richer one.' He knows, as we all do, that money equals power. He wasn't going to become very wealthy staying in Great Britain and attending to lesser royal duties. And he well knows the history of great fortunes being founded in the United States. He wants to be able to one-up William in some way. It seems that hardly anyone wants to go there in discussing this. I do believe if Shakespeare were alive today, he would. 'Tis a pity he's not.
