Unfortunately, Kirsten’s part isn’t correct. During the chorus, on the 4th “run” there’s crossed voicing between the soprano and alto part, she goes down to a D and the alto goes up to the G
I loved your work. Now, I would like to ask you: Avi sings overtone on this song? I think not. 16:53, 17:11, 18:07, 18:25 (Always the same notes). Maybe he recorded those notes twice, but... How did he sing it at concerts? How does Matt sing it? (I'm latina and my english is not very good. Sorry. Google translate helped me).
Yah, he sings the upper octave and then doubles the voice an octave down for the lower octaves in the recording. I think some live performances hae timed stems. But most don’t.
*TIMESTAMPS 👀:*
0:09 Kirstin (Soprano)
4:16 Mitch (Alto)
8:26 Kevin (Tenor)
12:34 Scott (Baritone)
16:42 Avi (Bass)
Again.... *BLESS YOUR SOUL*
Thank you so much!!

YES PLEASE DO MORE OF THESE. THIS WAS AWESOME.
Very well done ! I have to say that Scott has the toughest part in the song .
agrew
Not really it's more simple to grasp than the other parts. I would say it's Mitch.
Note: Bass part is actually an octave lower
No it's the good pitch (If it was one octave lower it would not be hearable at all 😅)
UGH THANK YOU FOR THIS 😭💖
i love when you post learning parts!! can i request learning parts for come along? :)

The lower notes where artificially added in post production, when in reality he sings the higher ones

I think those notes are for if a choir decides to sing this song, but not all the basses can hit the lower notes, so they sing an octave higher.
Exactly what Distylion said. If your basses can't sing the low C it's saying that they can go up an octave.
