Love Baker cuz I’m an OU fan but this Bucs team does things the right way. No divas. Team mentality. Blue collar mindset. All business. You can tell these guys all love playing together. It’s really refreshing in this day and age. Will definitely be rooting for these Bucs.

First some background, I live in NE Ohio and watched the miserable Cleveland expansion football team since it's inception in 1999.
It amazes me that while in CLE Baker was never thought of as the actual leader of the football team by either the front office, the so-called "fans" or the owner (especially the owner)
In Tampa Baker is seen as the absolute leader of the Bucs by the fans, coaches, front office and especially the owner. His team-mates love him as do the coaches, front office and fans.
I am glad he finally found a home where he is appreciated for who he is, as well as his talent on the field by the team and the fans alike.
If you think I am putting Baker on some sort of pedestal, I am definitely not. He has his flaws like anyone else but he seems to be growing into a more mature version of himself.

If you have any doubts about Baker watch some OU game videos. He’d be 30 yds downfield on run plays laying the wood on a defensive back for his running back. The guys a freaking football player. I’m sure they don’t want him doing that but it shows his fire.

Looking forward to Tampa Baker II. 80 million in dead money, the guy takes over the team pk'd last in the Division, wins it., which sets a new franchise 3 wins in row. Wins All-Pro MVP. Buc's needed a QB, finds a 1st pk, Heisman still young, with p/o experience w/success. Great find!
