@1:30 those jacks are called Frog Legs... we use them when we tear her down and have to lower the main boom past the tipping point... used for stability... good video bud... 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
I got one as well! Awesome model ! best detailing I have seen in years ! Note: for future owners go to NZG site to download additinal information how to rig the crane in different configurations! Thx for the video
yes they can, i havent really tried it yet as ive had it all set up for the ptc video ever since i got it. but the jib sections are smaller than the main boom and look like they can attach, as the main boom head section is a reducer, just take off the short tip section where the luffing masts attach to. i will take it apart and set it up with long boom once the ptc video is done. which shouldnt be much longer, im adding boom now
Hello, if you are in the USA you can purchase/pre-order them from DHS Models but I'm not sure about the price. I think it's maybe about $600 but you'd need to check.
do you know where I might find a video to reeve the a frame on the back of a lr 1600-2? the diagram send with the model was incorrect, it' a nzg. thanks
I just ordered one and wanted to say thanks for the video on construction of it.

@yo4726 I don't know about how much they make in the united states, but I know in northern canada its 45-60$/hr
Can you still buy this model or is it discontinued? If its discontinued hopefully they will make the latest updated version of this crane
I Thought that I noticed on your 1600/2 your main boom Has Running Boards walkways running up the whole boom?
They do, they were a ycc accessory add on kit. This was made before I got the kit.
What's the overall height in this model I'm thinking of ordering it from Evot USA
Where do you purchase these cranes from and how much are they
That's cool man, Thank you!
do i want to know how much you earn about crane operator in the united states ???
think its about the same, i cant compare them as the 18000 has the full extension kit on right now
