Not really. Since I have an office to visit daily I don't get enough time to do household chores on weekdays. So on weekends I have to do so much work. 😐
Weekends is extra hard work 😢 maybe bcoz by Friday I’m so exhausted I can’t be bothered to spend time planning
My husband helps me in daily dusting and cleaning the greens or shelling peas etc. He's a Doctor by profession but stopped working after covid. I'm a retired headmistress. We enjoy life this way, we do have arguments and fights 😅
This message is such a delight to read and motivating at the same time. Thanks for sharing these mini life stories here. I take them as reminder for me to be thankful for having loved ones around. Thanks once again Suneeta Ji :)

No, weekends are tiresome. After hearing from you i will also try to relax on Sundays. One more it's appam. One of our ( keralites ) main sweet. You made it healthy and little spicy. Unniappam is a sweet made of raw rice, jaggery and banana
I hope you will be able to find a right balance on your weekends too :). Actually different states have different names so thanks for updating. I do make this sweet version too :)
@@TalkingMom thank you
Yes, i do plan to rest the whole weekend but doesn't go as planned 😊

Swati can you share this batter recipe and could you share how to clean the iron appe pan? Loved your simple meal ideas.
Thanks for watching Kavita. I took 2:1 ratio of Rice and Udat daal. And also added 2 tsp chana daal to this. I would recommend you place the batter in warmer place to get a good fermentation :)
