Just yesterday I too discovered this beetroot hack..! Oh my God, I cant tell you my reaction after seeing the same thing in your video today.. In jammu, we have a masala called, TIKKI MASALA, its red in color without any flavor, we use it to make the gravies look more red, but bcz of unavailability I got the masala of some other brand, it came out to be brown in color. I made matar paneer yestrday and was not happy with the color of gravy.. I just picked a lil slice of beetroot and grated it in the gravy and voalla,, It looked fabb..!
