MOTORCYCLING THROUGH AMAZING CHEDDAR GORGE

Ride through this amazing road with a stunning backdrop of cliff faces in a limestone Gorge in Cheddar, Somerset, England. A motorcyclist favourite & another bucket list route to ride. Pick the right time out of season as it is a very popular area with tourists.
The beginning of the ride after the tourist shops & Cave entrance youll experience the Gorge ride itself, this section is 3 miles & is spectacular. Initially it's a 20mph then 30mph speed limit through the Gorge.
Be on the lookout for wondering wild goats as well that roam the road!
I ride this 40 mile clockwise loop taken from the 'Bikers Britain' book by Simon Weir.

Great vid again Daz. Love the Gorge, great road through and always good for a bit of dronage. If you ever go down that way again, there's a farm cafe at Priddy which is just out the top of the Gorge to the right. Great food, the waiter if he is still there is funny as hell. He insults you but in a good way. Great character. Hope you got to see the mountain goats hanging off the edge at the top? By god they got some balls on them, no way I could be up that high. Stay safe buddy

Great location for scrubbing in new tyres... especially if you live just up the road in Bristol.The Prison Cafe is at Northleach the location for the comedy series "This Country"..the square also has a nice cafe/ restaurant and clean public loos ! cheers Richard (Bristol Honda 500cbx)
