As a nerd who watch OW content on CZcams everyday since early OW1, Melio has to be my top breakout streamer of 2023-24. Mechanical skills and decision making are pretty insane. Pretty fun to watch!!
My Tracer has been 100% improving since watching this series. I learned so much about positioning and getting away safely, when to back off etc. Great stuff!
I Love it when people KNOW what they are doing...Just like Melio. The fact that he can explain what hes doing/going to do WHILE attacking the enemy is so fun to watch. "as you can see the widow is going to shoot now *blinks* shoot her for a bit, and now shes going to shoot again *blinks* boom dead" I dont care what anyone says, Melio is one of the BEST Overwatch players ever
And way less deaths, one thing I noticed as well is his pulse bomb usage he barely uses it but awkward says use it as often as u can because it’s very easy to build another one
He's very different than Awkward. Hes also going went to top 500, not GM 5. I've learned more from Melio about Tracer in particular than awkward, who focuses on fundamentals. I love awkward but this is an apples to oranges comparison.
I played against Hydron’s tracer once, an old OWL player. It’s crazy just HOW MUCH better they are than everyone else. Nothing to do but laugh when you’re getting rolled so hard haha
I'm a gold support. Watching you play in gold against gold enemies makes me realise how amazing my teammates are dangg, especially my dps, cause it looks a lot less impressive when I'm healing them from the backlines 😂
Tracer question: How do you maintain good uptime without blowing your recall early and not having it when you need it, same blink wise. I’m not sure where but a coaching video said that the person has been sitting for 15 seconds not using any cool-downs therefore decreasing uptime. I understand it may be a timing thing but even then it’s hard to exactly time it right.
yeah if you are very new to the game I'd recommend learning how to use your abilities almost off cooldown and doing alot, then figure out when they do well and not. After that just practice using the cooldowns when they clearly are more effecient instead of when they fail. Uptime just means how often you do something like shoot, you your cooldown etc. The idea of having high uptime is to spam cooldowns and perma shoot to get high value, but you still need to do it effeciently otherwhise its not gonna get kills/win games.
Think about how you will escape when you engage. Is there a health pack near you that you can get? Is it in direct LOS of your support? Is there a cover you can escape to? Think of these things when you engage.
5:58:36 This is why this game is a team game.. yes you can carry so much .. but if they all die and not utilize space created for melio u wont win games. 3 heroes constantly focusing on one tracer so its 4v2...and your team does not know when to push W on that? One thing could be done is communication but this is OW.. we dont communicate.. thats a sin! a taboo!
It's also likely that you need decent teammates. I just had a game where I was getting chased by one dps and one support in the backline(quite far away from the point), but my team couldn't get through.. what do I even do at that point? It is easy when you have the actual ability to utilize a hero at top500 level, but for us mortals, a lot of these things doesn't work in reality. Practice makes perfect I guess, but not everyone has the time to practice that many hours, so at the end of the day; Just try to have fun and enjoy the game. (Please stop flaming each other, it doesn't do any good. Focus on your own play and try to find a way to use the situation at hand!) Good video!

The speed of uour decision making, especially how it means you die so little, but also apply so much pressure... Thats the thing thats hard to process

Seeing you destroy a junkrat and making them swap Sombra is something I wish I was able to do
Tracer counters sombra if u wanna counter tracer just go hanzo
@@richardstone4515nah Hanzo is fine, instead look at Cassidy. hinder chasing blinks , one shot combo with Melee, roll for pulse, and more HP.
Can anybody understand what hes saying?

It's crazy how he makes some masters lobby looks like unranked

You’re free not to
Then don’t. Some of us enjoy this sort of content
What do you do if someone takes tracer
His pc too expensive for that to happen lol
Click the link in the description for a chance to be blessed with Melio's mechanics.
first time he lost was because his team was just feeding
I'd hardly call 17 minutes a "movie"
Oh wait
17 h 😂
bro has 0 emotions

Good video!
Step 1: Have incredible raw aim
Step 2: Don’t have bad aim
His decision making is far more important. There are hackers stuck in bronze
