I love watching you and the old fisherman. I’m 38 years old and I am disabled from peripheral neuropathy in my legs and feet and I also have severe carpal tunnel in both of my hands. I still go fishing when I can because it’s good for me but not as much as I’d like to. Anyway long story short watching your show makes me feel like I’m out there sometimes. I get excited every time I get a notification lol.

@@tigersfan4212 well, I appreciate you saying that. I still go every now and then I don’t ever catch anything anymore because where I live at the fishing sucks. But I plan to go soon. It’s the right time of the year now too catch a few.

I grew up wadin creeks with my daddy and brother. Thinking back we never caught a whole lot but it really didnt matter. Just being out there with them was all that mattered.

I really enjoy your videos. As a beginner creek fisher in Alabama I put a lot of what you say into practice. I saw a place this weekend that I thought would hold a fish and it did. I caught my first creek fish and first fish from a kayak. Thanks for posting these videos.

I’m a little old man who grew up riding the drawbar on a tractor and getting dropped off at the creek when the men went to work in the fields. I waded and, fished the stump holes and bank cuts all the way out to the river. Some days I’d hide in the grass and watched the fox cubs play. You’re videos take me back to those days. Much obliged.

You’ve got to keep a telescoping rod in the back of your truck. Incase you find a good creek with potential.
@@tristanmartin9899 I was thinking the same thing, I believe I can fish with pole and line around the country without having to buy state licenses as long as I have no reel

@@tristanmartin9899 in Alabama you don't if using only a Cain pole and line,or just line and rapping it around a stick! My wife couldn't get a license to fish until she got a green card and she was allowed to fish that way with 10' cane ,fish and wildlife gave her permission

@@militantyogi8750 I live in Indiana, and the Miami Indians were the ones who occupied the area, we find TONS in plowed fields and in streams and creeks and you can tell if it's legit or not, most of the time

We don't have smallmouth here in south Mississippi, but we do have plenty of spots and largemouth. Been creek fishing for a lot of years, it can't be beat. But it is a lot more work. Enjoy your videos a lot. Keep up the good work. But it ain't work when you're having fun.

Yay, I got the same minnow bucket as the man!
All I had to fish in was small branches and 1 or 2 bigger creeks with a cane pole I cut and worms or a wasp nest grub I caught a lot of red eye bass bream and anything else that would bite they were the best tasting fish I have ever eat because they were the only thing we had besides cornbread and beans but I still love them all

The one time I wouldn't be fishing would be on a sand bar on a creek. I've found so many fossils on sand bars. I love to fish, but I love to hunt fossils too. 😊
Sir first and foremost I want to tell you thank you for sharing the word of God with us sir and sir I promise you only needed to share one tip and one tip only with us is that always remember that all we need to do is catch and fish with the bait that live in that creek. Cause if it lives in that body of water you know that is the bait of choice for the bass and other fish that live in there. I think alot of time we make fishing way harder then it really is I know I have but I can honestly say from watching your channel and listening to you I promise you sir I'm catching more fish than I have ever caught and I'm enjoying it a whole lot more.
