Lauren, this is simply unacceptable!! I was literally about to go to switch off all the lights and go to bed but then .... your video appears. I hold you personally responsible for my decreased productivity tomorrow and will refer my boss to you if he asks me why. So I hope you have a good explanation for him ready as to why you so damn awesome that I sacrifice sleep to watch your bloody video. I warn you, he can be quite tough in his questioning!!

I think you are really honest and inspirational....people always post their good parts to avoid any negative issues they want to hide from, but you are extremely relatable and just showing everyone who you are! So excited to have you back!!!! Something I'm proud about is that over the past few months I have started asserting myself more. I've started saying "eff it" when it comes to pleasing people or caring what they think. That last one is much harder, but I'm always trying to please people or worry about how I come off and I've realized that people are going to have an opinion of me no matter what I do. So if people are going to think I'm a bitch, then I might as well be a bitch and speak my mind more. Love listening to your stories and look forward to more videos!!!!

Hi Lauren, I’m sooo happy your back. A few years ago your videos got me thru so so much for that I’m so thankful, I’ve came out a bad relationship 2 years ago now I’m still healing emotionally but I’m getting there. My weight is one of my huge problems I constantly worry about my weight & your right life is too short to worry. I’m working on it. I want a healthy mindset first of all and then everything will fall into place. I’m excited to take on this new journey “with” you. P.s you’re absolutely beautiful ❤️ xxx

I’m so happy you’re back! Watching your videos is always such a positive part of my day 😊 something I’m proud of: (1) I feel like I’ve turned my life around in the last year. I left a negative job, convinced my boyfriend to move across the country with me, and I have been eating way healthier, drinking less, and moving my body! (2) I’ve been going to a spin class a few times a week which was WAY out of my comfort zone when I started. I still have a lot of growing and improvement to go, but it’s become a part of my day I look forward to!

It's so good to hear you talk about positivity towards yourself! That's something I've also learned lately, and not just about the looks. Actually, for me the real body positivity came when I started to think positively about ME in every aspect. Hell yeah I've done some really difficult things, survived all kinds of hardships, I'm intelligent and fun. Usually I think I'm kinda pretty too, but that doesn't matter anymore. I'm so much more.
Ok I might have praised myself a bit there already, but one thing I'm proud of myself: I decided to pursue what I actually want, and now I'm in Germany as an exchange student, learning German, making new friends and enjoying every minute of it.

I feel so happy seeing you posting videos again. Thanks to you I am trying to focus on my self, emotions, feelings rather than just focusing on losing weight and already feeling much more better.
I think what I am proud about myself that even though I am a very shy and introvert person; I am trying very hard to try new things, meet new people, force myself to leave my bed in last 2-3 years. It is still not easy but I am trying and gaining so many amazing experiences.
