Can someone explain to me why he’s playing a tuba with a Horn mouthpiece, this looks cool but never heard of it before.
It's called a Wagner Tuba! It's tuned exactly the same as a double horn and uses a horn mouthpeice

There is a famous opera composer named Richard Wagner (pronounced Reekard Vagner because he is German and that's the way it is supposed to be pronounced :) ) who wrote the wedding march that everyone used in their weddings today, and a ton of other amazing pieces of music. He made music for this F key baritone/euphonium instrument that he was inspired to make after visiting Adolf Sax (inventor of the saxophone) so it is called the Wagner tuba. :) I hope you learned something from this :D

I finally figured out the secret, bout I’m not sure how to describe what I do. It’s kind of like putting more of your lips into the mouth piece, correct ambusher shape, and, of course, practice. I currently play trumpet, French horn, and saxophone. Hope his helped, and good luck!

Is the instrument itself harder to play than the horn? Like are lower or higher notes easier or harder?
I’d say lower notes are harder but sound fuller. The notes click into themselves a little easier than the horn, but all in all I definitely prefer French horn. It’s the perfect instrument

I got a double horn ( means f and b horn in one) from 'Hans Hoyer' its in germany. There you would get a mouthpiece too

Well it sounded quite good and if the sound translates easily between the two your sound is coming back beautifully from your “I can’t play the horn anymore” video about five or six weeks ago
