So amazing to finally see you doing video about local goan food! btw, a fact about bibinca, the batter of bibinca is made into two parts to get 2 different colors and these batters are poured alternatively and baked layer by layer.
So if bibinca has 20 thin layers, then it has been slow baked 20 times. 😌✨

Actually u should take in all the flavours of the gadbad ice cream in one spoon... Then only the real fun will come.. ik it's a bit difficult but I do the same with that...
It’s called Gudbud cuz it was prepared in urgency - Gadi Bidi in kannada which means urgency. This ice cream was invented in a restaurant called Hotel Diana in Udupi, Karnataka!

Gadbad icecream is speciality of Mangalore, Karnataka! Especially at Pabbas where it is supposed to have originated.
The way the name gadbad came is another funny story in itself. :)

Malwani preparations of sea food taste absolutely delicious- they are some of the best non vegetarian dishes that exist. I absolutely love them. Also, the foul smell in sea food often arises when the sea food is not of good quality and not fresh, so it is important to eat them fresh.
You can also try the malwani fish curry with bhakri- tastes amazing!

Ritz classic, sharadah, martins corner, star night, peeps kitchen, arabian night, lucky restaurant, foodland, canappe, and especially those "jevan tayar aahe" Dhabas and the Fisher man's wharf at panjim are the best in goa as I myself am a goan
This restaurant ritz is already famous for goan cuisine. Could have covered some unknown place.
