      The taste of Kobe beef The meat quality is that fat is finely contained in the red meat, making it vivid and beautiful "sashi" (called "marbling"), and when heat is added, the "sashi" melts and the red meat around it is relaxed, making it soft and smooth. I.
      The melting point of Kobe beef's "sashi" is so low that it melts in human skin, it is not thick and its unique rich aroma spreads throughout the mouth, creating mellowness and richness in the taste.
