Tame Impala and Mac Demarco both played at the Roskilde Festival this year and thanks to them, I experienced the two greatest concerts I've ever witnessed and I discovered perhaps the best interviewer I've ever seen, good job Nard!
It's actually quite refreshing to hear Perth and Fremantle talked about in an international interview, I love Tame Impala, even more that they represent my home while ruling the world with their beautiful music. It's nice to see Perth getting some recognition, we're so isolated I think people forget we exist.

have you listened to lonerism? clearly, their pop tinged psych rock sound is revivalist (see: rundgren's a wizard, a true star), but parker (who pretty much wrote and recorded the whole album by himself) certainly has a knack for vocal melodies, and the album has some nice fleshed out synth work.
