They need to bring back these bowl games back on abc they suck being on espn. The rose bowl especially with in begging a american sports and New Years tradition now it's a joke.
@rob mush. Absolutely. It just doesn’t have the same vibe on ESPN compared to ABC. How do folks watch if they don’t have cable?
This was aired on our Birmingham Alabama's ABC affiliate WCFT/WJSU/WBMA is ABC 33/40
DeAngelo Stevens Dammit Bama!
The Following is a Special Presentation of ESPN on ABC Home of CITI BCS National Championship!
You are looking live at the rose bowl in Pasadena California! In 38 minutes college football final examination begins! Alabama’s first ever heisman trophy winner Mark Ingram is ready to roll the tide. Texas colt McCoy stands in the way of a breakthrough!
this is the grand finale to the bowl championship series.
Damn I miss the ABC/ESPN bcs theme
The Gold Cup yesterday was awesome at the Rose Bowl felt like a real Rose Bowl game, I was expecting Brent Musberger to say you are looking live!!!!! But you know spanish when they say gooooooool!!! it was so F-ing legendary. If they can find a way to combine both commentators in both sports in the Rose Bowl for football and soccer games, that would be the greatest thing ever.
The closet to a ABC Sports you are gonna get
What is the theme song of this called?
Awesome to see ABC back at it in NC coverage.
P.S. (Not spam) is this similar to the 03 Fiesta intro?
@stevekach we are looking live :D

That National Championship was good. Unfortunately Colt didn't play but I liked it.

THEY STILL HAVE IT FOR SNF
January 2027……. IYKYK.
When ABC had games that matter
15-1 KNXVDT.
tell me why garrett had us within 3 in the fourth quarter. Texas would've won with colt. no doubt. Hook 'em baby!
@jmua04 Okay, first of all that's an opinion, secondly, if you take two teams who are in all areas EQUAL, or mostly similar, yet one team is SMART, and the other team just "pounds" the ball, the smart team WILL win. The reason why running is so safe is because you're only at risk to fumble and still save it, whereas passing can either be incomplete or intercepted and you CAN'T save that. A good RB only needs himself, a good QB needs good wide outs as well.
@silverblade43 Okay, do you want me to show you that Pete Carroll was the one who said Alabama isn't hard to beat? Will that do it for you?
If McCOY was in there we would've won
@Qnz1kim and don't forget the gatorade.
@Spazmaztic not at all thats why he got hurt on 3rd and infinity
@deadeyedickification But were not talking bout this season Im tlaking bout the past 2 season even though Bama beat FLorida in 09 FLorida beat Bama in 08. And if u didnt noticed my last comment I didnt mention bout the 2011 Championship Game Genious. Get it straight.
@deadeyedickification I thought Alabama was in the Capital One Bowl this year. Plus isint it Auburn. Not Bama.
@johnnyreb1025
Yeah Ole Miss did. lol
@johnnyreb1025 The illusion about Alabama is that they're hard to beat. They're not. Don't get me wrong, they have great athletes to execute plays, but all they do is pound you. There's no strategy, hence why Texas was able to execute several questionable plays such as their onside kick(s), strategical SHORT regular kick-off and 2-point conversion. Really, Bama won easy because Texas was smart and simplified their offensive game plan for Gilbert.
@americasnextopm0del i meant the people
@silverblade43 That doesn't make sense.
@americasnextopm0del you saying alabam's not hard to beat is saying their not a good team. i respect pete carroll but alabama is OBVIOUSLY not easy to beat. 14-0 sounds hard to beat to me
@deadeyedickification K then
@gatormania100 just happened to me
@RollTidetexassucks Cool story
@americasnextopm0del
A team that pounds you up front and plays great defense will beat a team full of trickery and gimmicks 9 out of 10 times.
@americasnextopm0del lol yes the 14-0 national champs are not hard to beat. any team can go in to tuscaloosa can beat them such as duke because alabama is not hard to beat. cmon now if they werent hard to beat SOMEONE would have figured them out and beat them. nick saban has strategy what have you been watching to say alabama's offense has no strategy. unfortunately your argument does not make since to say alabama is not hard to beat that is just plain out bs.no strategy means loss somewhere -_-
This game marked the downfall of Texas Football
florida could ve beat texas
@GodofGreatness619 baseball is gay as well
When YOUR college football team wins 13 national championships, THEN you can talk down to Alabama. Until then, it's jealous smack talk. ROLL TIDE!!!!
@bissoc14 Soccer is gay.
