Trust me it might be great fealing strong and working out and have a very bissy life but trust me you need to slow down abit as you keep pushing yourself its going to get you back in the end i was the same as you but my health issues now has stopped me from work now ok you are alot younger than me as im 45 and stuggle with fatigue every day to even do normal things but ive allways got a project like rebuiding my motor bike and a car soon

@@marcushayesford thanks but I did over do it thats one of the reasons why I get that another is arthritis in both knees now as well just be careful as one minute I was fine and two years ago it happened now classed as disabled 25 years being a welder and old school mechanic but only to cars no later than 2005 to technical for me the newer cars but 3 escorts are too much but saying that can't afford one but never mind a focus MK1 will do or MK4 to Mk5 fiesta as even MK1s and 2s are silly money now

Flap wheels are good for taking down welds. Like a cross between sanding and grinding. Way too harsh for removing paint from panels.
Totally agree mate. When the black strip wheels got worn out I just grabbed a worn out flap wheel but it was still far too harsh. It’ll work out fine once it’s all caked in 2 pack. 👍

Hi Marcus, what type of brake fluid is that you are using... looks purple in colour?
DOT 5 silicone mate. It’s super expensive, and makes the brakes feel ever so slightly spong, BUT doesn’t attack your paint if I’d spilled. 👍
hi marcus great video, can you explain the correct procedure about bleeding your 4 pot calipers, i'm having issues bleeding mine, i didn't realise there was a different procedure, or anyone else who can help also
If you have a bias pedal box you basically need to bleed the front and rear at the same time. If not you can do the rears first then the fronts, but you need to bleed all the front nipples at the same time. So run pipes from the nipples to the reservoir like I did, and just keep pumping until all the bubbles have made it to the reservoir (or at least far enough away from the callipers so that the air wont get sucked back) OR if you have an assistant, get them to pump the pedal and hold it down whilst you go around and open ALL the nipples. Then with the assisatnt still holding the pedal down go round and close them all. Then the assistant can let go of the pedal, pump again and you can keep repeating until no more bubbles come out. 👍
@@marcushayesford thanks marcus, is it only necessary to bleed both bleed nipples together if your running a pedal box? can a normal pedal setup on 4 pots be bled induvidually ?
@@pauldolman I would guess you can do one calliper at a time then, but both nipples on each caliper need to be done at the same time. 👍
I know where you got those plastic tubes from........Cat, you DID disinfect them first didn't you 😂. Actually, I'm a FINE one to talk, seeing as how I MIGHT have a few similar items to those from MY work......😂
