    Great demo, by the way, a very fine choice of cables (Vovox). ;-)

    Thanks for sharing ! I'm curious it looks like you set the low at max. I'm I right ?? I can't get a well balanced sound with my e530 with so much bass... But you still manage to have a good sound here !

      yeah i found this to be a weird setting as well
      with mine i put the Low-Mids @ 3 o'clock N cut the bass a lil bit (High-Mids & Treble in mirror setting)

    Hi,
    I've had the preamp for a few months and am having trouble getting it to work. It's just too quiet, no matter how I turn the rear line level knob. I intended to use it for recording - i.e. without an amplifier, connected directly to the interface (or rather patchbay). I use a SansAmp for bass in the same way, which works perfectly. Can you think of where the problem may be - or rather what I'm doing wrong?
    Alex

    Nice job dude :D I have a question.
    Does that Engl have enough noise ? I play in a band and I've thought that I will buy this and Marshall cabinet but can I use it as a head ? Sorry if my english sucks xd

      No, you MUST have either a power amp or a PA system. Preamps do not supply power, only tone. Hope this helps

      No problem \m/ I should mention that it does have a small solid state power section that run a 4ohm cab at bedroom practice volume but it's not enough to play with a drummer or a live gig.

    I read this is 4 channels, is that right?

    • @rastopyakin
      @rastopyakin Před 7 lety

      No. The number of channels is only two, but both of them can work in two different modes (hi and low gain).
