Clement please I’m humble suggestion as a laboratory scientist .FDA don’t check whether the product works or not . They only approve after you have done your lab analysis to check the nutritional value of the product and also if there some microbes in it . They also check for purity of the products. They are two different things . That’s why as a business owner you need to employ scientists and chemists to do all those research for you whether it works or not. But since Fella imported it she should be able to let her clients know it not produced her in Ghana but imported and show proves that it truly works . This is Africa the may man won’t ask questions but assume it works . Note that every drug is poison and the concentration. Determine wether it will help you or kill you
