    1/4 cup Spinach & Coriander Paste
    1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
    1 tsp Green Chilli
    1/2 cup Hung Curd
    1 big Onion Petals
    1 big Tomato in Cube Cutting
    1 tbsp Cream
    1 tbsp Kitchen King Masala
    Salt to taste
    1 tsp Cumin Powder
    1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
    3-4 tbsp Roasted Besan
    For Pinch Touch:
    1 tbsp Butter
    1/4 tsp Chaat Masala
    1/4 tsp Mint Powder
    Charcoal for Smoke
    For Tandoori Salad:
    1 Lachha Onion
    1 Tomato
    Some Shredded Cabbage
    1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
    1 tbsp Lemon Juice
    Salt to Taste
    1 tsp Oil
    For Tandoori Chutney:
    1/2 Cup Curd
    1/4 cup Green Chutney
    Pinch Salt
    Pinch Pepper Powder
    2] Malai Soya Chaap:
    5-6 Soya Chaap
    1/2 Cup Hung Curd
    2 tbsp Cashew Powder
    1 tbsp Chopped Green Chilli ( Slit or Paste)
    Small Inch Julians of Ginger
    1 tsp Sauf Powder
    1/4 tsp White Pepper Powder
    2-3 tbsp Fresh Cream
    2-3 tbsp Cheese Spread
    For Rogan:
    2-3 tbsp Oil
    2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
    Pinch Salt
    1 tsp Kasuri Methi
    Charcoal for Smoke
    3] Tandoori Momos:
    For Momos:
    250 gms Maida
    1/4 tsp Salt
    Water as required
    For Stuffing:
    1/2 cup Cabbage (finely chopped)
    1/4 cup Carrot (finely chopped)
    1/4 cup Capsicum (finely chopped)
    Salt to taste
    1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
    Pinch M.S.G (optional)
    1 tsp Green Chilli Paste or Chopped Green Chillies
    For Tandoori Marinations:
    1 cup Hung Curd
    2 tbsp Mustard Oil
    1 tbsp Tandoori Powder
    2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Powder
    1 tsp Kasuri Methi
    1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
    1/4 tbsp Haldi
    1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
    Salt to taste
    Butter 2 tbsp (at last)
    1 tbsp Besan (Roasted)
    Oil for frying
