Aap Gujju hai fir bhi Dhokla/Khanan me kya farak pata nahi wo aashcharya ki bat hai,Mai bata deta hu.
1-Dokala make by Rice+Toordal corsly flower
2,Khanan made by hesan
3, Vatidal Khanan made bye chandal.I think ur confusion is very clear by my coment. .
