Then I gain 1 pound for 2 days, then repeat. 3 days are done with extreme brutal workouts while maintaining about 750 calories (max protein to those calories) per day of 3 suicide workouts. I feel I've done quite wonderfully at losing weight and gaining muscle.

You can even get a cheap one at a wholesale place for 150 and get it tailored for around 80 bucks and now you have a suit that looks like it's 800 dollars when it's on you; That's an investment in yourself and that's never a waste. 👌🏾

A lot of these stores in Bangkok, especially tailors, are run by Nepalese people. It's one of the best places to get quality suits for a reasonable price, no bs brand price.

I eat much healthier now than ever before and also much less than in my 20s. You also begin to live more of a sedentary lifestyle as you likely work more than You did in your 20s. At least this is the case for me. I’m more senior, more responsibilities are more, I have kids, a mortgage and it’s become increasingly harder to exercise consistently.

I'm in my 30s and my weight keep changing from 80kg to 85kg. In my early 20s it was always at 73-75kg.

It’s a mix of European Continental Style (very tight) and the American Sack Suit (very loose fitting). So it has looser fit, but still looks very good when wearing as it still points out waist and hips.
