We have realized RVs are not meant for full-time living, but we are working hard to make it comfortable again. Did anything surprise you?

Just in case you are in the Ludington area, places to visit.
1. Pump storage project. Water is pumped out of Lake Michigan then released when electricity is needed. Free
2. North of the Pump is White Line Village. Recreation of a turn of the century village..The "fishing cabin" was moved from our family property on Hamlin Lake (the largest manmade lake in Michigan). $
3. The Badger. The last operational steam ship on the great lakes. It is actually part of US -10 .
4. Maritime Museum near the lighthouse.
5. The Ludington State Park. It's between Lake Michigan and Hamlin Lake. Contains the dam that creates Hamlin Lake, lots of hiking trails, and a interpretative center.
6. The House of Flavors ice cream store.

I love the mirror too! I was really skeptical that it wouldnât hold up. Both the bathroom and the fireplace mirrors are just held up by the heavy duty Velcro. Iâm so surprised they are still there đ€Ł are you getting excited for your trip back home? Really hope that we get to see you all! â€ïžđșđž
I want a video on how Chris handles his hair, from what he does with it in the morning, to what he puts in it in the shower and before going out for the day, to how he sleeps with it. Men with long hair want to know, LOL. (seriously, I'm always interested to see how other guys with long hair deal with their hair).

Great video! Some of the issues are just from the RV being older, but youâre right about the constant flexing going down the road being an issue. It was hard to make repairs as youâre going along with the schedule you were keeping.
We had a big awning on the RV we had and I remember the anxiety when it would be windy - âI hear the wind- bring the awning in!!!â

Probably a blessing in disguise that you are in MI and there for a little longer. I was wondering about the wear and tear of RV living. Now I know. Looks like late night construction Chris will be back. The out takes were hilarious. Good luck with all the renovation!

It is really nice to be back. Itâs really nice to be close to a ton of tools and be able to clear out of the RV to do it either renovations too! I wish the timing would have worked out better we couldâve spent some time with you guys when you were in Michigan and showed you some of our favorite places. We will just have to find another place to meet on the road! You are so right! We are always fixing something đ€Ł. â€ïž

Love the honesty in your videos! When we saw your trailer, we never noticed all these issues?? But as full-time's we too understand how trailers need constant maintenance. Since our accident we have been noticing a few things we need to fix too. Big hugs to you all đ„°đ€

I used to install EZ grease hubs on my boat trailers, Iâm sure they have something similar for RVâs

Hey Chris. Life is a full-time job! You guys are doing great at it. Our experience has been that even a new home (sticks & bricks) needs work and can be even more expensive and annoying to maintain. I think that you 4 are doing great at your new lifestyle! Besides, think of all the great content the repairs give you. Love you all... đ đ€Șđ OLT
That is such a great way to look at it! There is a lot to do but thereâs also so much to do in a house and the house that we used to have was so old that it constantly needed maintenance. It could be so much worse! Lol thank you! We tend to edit out a lot of the goofy parts but we thought it be fun to show a bit more of the behind-the-scenes this week.
