I'd like to point out somthing too:
- in game 1 at the 3rd dragon fight, wbg's comp is super strong in 5v5 fight with senna+tk and maokai,aatrox. but they greed and not wanted to lose mid t1. t1 relised this and kept pressuring mid, so wbg splitted to neutralize mid pressure. and as soon as they did that t1 engaged, won the fight and had a massive lead.
-game 2 i think wbg just insta lose after ban-pick is done, they had maokai but t1 had sylas, combined with nocturne and renata ultimates. wbg just simply cant teamfight.
-game 3 wbg had a strong teamfight comp as well. but keria and faker+oner engaged from different angles. so varus, kennen, bard and azir ults lost many value, while belveth is just like a viego and cant do many things if team dont score any take down in teamfight
Nope, their game 3 comp was lost after the draft phase as well. Imagine picking a wombo comp only to get Bard into the composition which nullifies your combos in one single mistake. They definitely deserved that loss after they drafted that bad.
@@WildRiftGameplayandTutoriali remember that,i think even if the bard doesnt ult both azir and kennen,kennen still die first after like the first tick of his ult so i dont think its change anything
@@itsallinthepast2944 i dont think so, they're both just on near half health of their HP when Bard casted his ult. If Kennen activates his ult, he can just cast 3rd and 2nd skill to stun whoever goes inside. They may not be able to turn around the fight because only Akali was the one who's inside the Bard ult which means its a desperate ult to stop themselves from dying on a good flank by Keria but that miscommunication causes them the whole game.
Weibo comp in game 3 had no identity at all.

As you said, they have the go-all-out team comp, but they afraid of Keria's Bard, which is understandable when you look at his performance. If they don't take it, keria can help his teammates escape with his portal and ult. Then, it's also consider a lose draft.
This is the strength of large champion pool, you can easier to outsmart your opponent draft.
If anyone remembers last year’s finals, they were cocky and Zeus and Oner were the worst. In a sense, Zeus was constantly ganked over and over and there was no solution for it and Oner just hard underperformed. This year, everyone in their mother was so locked in there was not a tiny space for mistakes. After second game win vs WBG Faker was joking with them like “It wasn’t fun at all” or not hard or smth and legit everyone was no, no, don’t relax, it’s not over, focus etc and Fake was smiling (proudly I guess) which was nice thing to see. True redemption of LPL slayers. 🔥
Faker mind-gaming his team to a g3 STOMP. what a fucking G. The only person person in traditional sports Ive loved as much as him is Messi, and to me they are both the pinnacle of their game. Its not just the execution, which can be mesmerizing at times - its the knowledge and game sense that only veterans possess. Greatness encapsulated
I also think Oner on Maokai / Sejuani is just a shitty idea. Dude needs to play Lee Sin / J4 / Nocturne

The fact that WBG actuality play pretty well at the start of each game but then for all of a sudden a fatal mistake happened at the wrong time (TheShy Aatrox get first-blooded, Crisp over extend with Senna, Xiaohu miss his charm, Ruler Varus, Weiwei Belveth,...) show that they can't keep there head cool

I feel like WBG had some very unlucky moments and they for sure had a bad day. It honestly looked like my soloQ games when im on a loss streak, the difference being that in soloq you can just go next, for them its just unfortunate. T1 also just played perfect, and the more i hear the more i think that Faker is just solo carrying the game by shotcalling and decision making.

Thanks for showing how good weibo is. I was sad to see some people focus only on the 3-0 stomp, but in my opinion a lesser opponent would not have drawn out such a great show of teamplay and skill from T1.
Btw 10:53 the biggest issue was that T1 had ocean soul and you play vs aatrox + lee with goredrinker. Yet not a single player in Weibo had antiheal, so Aatrox with ult is basically unkillable.
I’m assuming they are building it later bc they expected Zeus to be stomped in lane, and the extra stats for building something else is required to deal with Akali, who is a much bigger problem than Aatrox in 3rd game imo. Aatrox really only got so far ahead bc he secured 2 kills and tp top during the second drake fight, and by that point they would lose regardless bc their questionable macro decision make them fall further in cs
Pros don’t build antiheal cuz it’s gold inefficient and dmg for burst is more value. Also u should not let them hit back. In soloQ where fights draw out due to blunders heal cut has more value

The whole of T1 has amazing played well and evolved so much over the year its great! Well deserved win.
The problem here is that they chose to pick Bard and skip Poppy, so T1 is free to pick Akali. in the second ban phase, T1 immediately banned Poppy and Theshy had to play Kennen. yeah, it's clear that this team is carried by Theshy, but they don't even prioritize picks for him.

People were chanting for Faker but Zeus was downright disrespectful those three games. All the way down to fucking CLOWNING on Aatrox for two games only to pick Aatrox for game three in what has to be the most petty move I've ever seen in my life. I'd fucking uninstall bro, I felt that pain in my chest.

Amazing stuff man, I've watched the highlights from this game so many times but until you put it in slow mo it's tough to appreciate some of the plays. Never noticed that perfect Bard ult at the end of game3, imagine if they managed to kill the Aatrox quick enough how they might have been able to salvage that fight. He was just too far ahead at that point

8:30 It didn't matter much but Zeus did the W>Flash thing on Aatrox. I never saw the animation progress from the cast position while the hitbox progresses from the flash position.
Weiwei (on Maokai) accidentally Q's Gumayusi's Kalista in the other direction, causing the Q1 from TheShy's Aatrox to miss (2:27)
id say Qing the enemy carry towards your team as Maokai would be the obvious play, so i think it was aatrox who rushed his Q
Still couldn't believe Gumayusi won against a Ult up Zeri and Aatrox(meele range) while using varus onhit, he should've exploded but nah he went Ultra instinct.

yea I noticed that too. Bard ult is extremely risky to use in team fights because it can help the other team more than it helps your own, that's what always happens in my solo q games. Nice to see that it happens to top pros too, but Keria really uses bard to perfection.

Nah it was boring, T1 is too strong, I'm a T1 fan and wanted them too win, but the absolute stomp at finals killed it for me, I wanted to see the 2018 TheShy again and bring the game atleast to G4 and better G5(while wishing T1 still win) but it didn't and WBG just got stomped, it was so bad I actually felt bad for WBG and especially TheShy
On top of that the reactions for T1 postmatch wasn't as good because there wasn't much of a fight compared to the JDG match, just imagine a game 5 and T1 won, it would probably be more emotional and the casters would've gone crazy
@@nomercy4834 You have to know that losing a match just for the extension and satisfaction of most audiences is not that respectable in my opinion. If you would blame someone then blame WBG. If they are as strong as T1, then sure I could argue that they could go into game 5. However, that in itself is the meaning of not making the same mistake as last year for T1, which to me is more enjoyable than fixing matches.
