I heard you say you were going to get rid of those palys. How do you do that? When I first started several years ago, I bought some beautiful mushrooms that had some ugly brown palys on the egg crate that the mushrooms were on. The store owner asked me did I want him to get rid of the palys, I told him no. I thought free stuff cool. But come to find out those ugly palys pretty much grow all over the place and I have battled them for the past four years. Scrubbing them off of rocks as much as possible, but they always grow back. That free stuff was a decision that I’ve regretted ever since.

Use kalkwasser mixed with tank water until it’s a paste. Then use a syringe to baste paly’s. Never brush them off verydangerous.
is it true that cylinder tanks can be much thinner than rectangular ones?
Would make sense because it’s one piece.
How the heck do you even do maintenance on the cylinder tank? Do you have to use a claw or go inside the tank?
It’s a tough. Reach as deep as I can during water changes.

Just have a organized system. Keep notes on each tank. Start small and only expand when you feel comfortable.

How do you get the rock to turn purple?

In order for purple coraline to grow you need a higher PH 8.3 at least.
