Liked your view, to put efforts in relationship after marriage but reason behind men and women act diffrently is woman have to give birth and raise child for 1 to 2 yeat atleast , so she has plan B for her carrer but for man there is no plan B and i have observed these with my female colleagues.Another reason is woman practice hypergamy in marriage, so if a girl is married to someone who is in senior position,he will have extra work pressure as compared to her.
