- A&Z #890 - Randy Santel "Atlas" with Raina Huang and Joel Hansen each versus Budi's Giant Sushi Pyramid Challenge at Budi's Sushi in Atlanta, Georgia!! After attempting the Let's Taco 'Bout It Mexican Fusion Team Food Truck Challenge, my competitive eating friends Raina Huang, Joel Hansen, and I headed near downtown Atlanta, Georgia to Budi's Sushi where we each took on Budi's Giant Sushi Pyramid Eating Challenge which was so delicious!! We each had 1 hour to eat a giant 7-8lb Japanese sushi pyramid topped with lots of Tobiko, which are tiny Japanese fish eggs. Joel and I each got raw fish with our pyramid, and Raina got cooked fish in hers. There was also crab salad to hold everything together, plus avocado and some healthy vegetables. We were each trying to win our giant sushi pyramids free plus sweet t-shirts and spots on Budi's Wall of Fame. Thank you to Budi, his wife, and everyone with Budi's Sushi for the wonderful food, drinks, and hospitality!! Thanks also to everyone who came to watch and meet us that Wednesday evening!! I appreciate everyone around the Atlanta area and throughout Georgia who supports our efforts!!

Budi's Giant Sushi Pyramid Challenge w/ Raina and Joel Hansen in Atlanta, Georgia:
- Budi's Sushi specializes in serving delicious sushi, teriyaki, fried rice, and Asian home cooking.
- They recently had a video go viral about their giant sushi pyramids, like the ones in this video.
- For this food challenge, Raina, Joel, and I each had 1 hour to finish a giant 7-8lb sushi pyramid.
- Joel and I got four different types of raw fish, and Raina got just 1 fish which was 100% cooked.
- Each sushi pyramid also has crab salad, avocado, healthy vegetables, and Tobiko (fish eggs).
- Winners get the meal free, a sweet t-shirt, and their name & photo goes on Budi's Wall of Fame.

The past 3 challenges have been made up on the spot while preparing all the food, and the restaurant didn’t really know a price before I started. This would probably be over $150, would be my guess. Cheap sushi is nothing I’ve ever heard of before lol

Raina probably added 2,000 calories to her challenge as the fish looked breaded and deep fried 🤣. If you don't eat raw fish, sit out the sushi challenge... The guys' pyramids looked amazing though

In Raina’s defense, she had a completely different challenge than the other two. Plus I can see how it’s easy to accidentally sip sake when shoving huge amounts of food in and immediately sipping to soften it and get it down and then you realize too late what the drink was. Sounds like she has alcohol intolerance which makes you feel sick and headachey immediately. Love all 3 of you guys ❤
