Te słuchawki są po to żeby sam siebie słyszał i to co gra zespół :)
playback nie, ale nie zdajecie sobie ile mają wspomagaczy w takich studiach jak i na koncertach, poczytajcie o autotunach i innych, większość tych "gwiazd" nie potrafi śpiewać na żywo i widać to też po uczestnikach voice of poland, którzy w studio sobie radzili a gdzieś na koncertach już cieniutko ;)
Jego głos jest czasami bardzo nieprzyjemny, zwłaszcza przy wysokich tonach to mi aż uszy krwawią.

+CharlieBlue Haha, I love it too. I wonder if he invented that one cause I never heard anyone sing like that either. It's weird how he only sings it live too. I can't think of even one recorded track that would actually include this. Even in the funkiest songs like Cuckoo or Shady it's just not there :|
+choomikx3 I think these kinds of vocal gymnastics is added when he performs the songs live, just to make the performances of them more 'theatrical' in a sense, than on the recordings of them. You know, just fitting them in somewhere, when it is appropriate for these kinds of vocal gymnastics. That's my best guess. But you're right, they could be amazing on the recordings of the songs too, because it is just that amazing what he can do with that voice of his. :)

Yeah, that might be true. Studio recordings are more contained and predictable so they don't give much space for improvisation. His live performances on the other hand.. I'm like blown away every time. Even if he doesn't sing perfectly those vocal gymnastics and rock screams simply do it for me =D
Too bad this new album is so... ordinary? No theatrics, no funky vibe, no rock edge. I hope they're gonna do sth about it cause I really wanna go to his concert in April. Hint : acoustic Underground pls :]
+choomikx3 I've only been a fan of him last February when I went to see QAL in Denmark and found myself picking my jaw mentally up from the floor - way below my seat because of his voice when they reached "Somebody to Love" over his voice and I didn't quite know him before that, beyond listening to a few songs before the QAL concert to get a feel of him. I then rushed home to find everything I could about him, so, I've only been a Glambert for that long.
And yeah, TOH isn't as his two other albums in theatrics etc, but I supposed he grew as an artist and as a person, both by touring with Queen and in general terms so that TOH is a bit more downplayed and relaxed. I'm going to his concert in Denmark next April and I can't wait to hear his OWN songs live and how he'll twist them with that vocal gymnastics of his. It'll be amazing. :)

Awwww Adam!!! He nearly sang the rude word instead of the proper one so ended up singing something very strange ROFL But at least that proves he sings live. People have so much trouble believing those amazing vocals are real and he can reproduce them any time! ROFL but they are. Shame the video has an audio synch problem tho.
+halag I noticed he messed up the lyrics there too... Can't imagine what will happen if that F word did get out lol... This is unlike Rock In Rio with Queen, he didn't need to care, just outright sang it, like a true rock n roll wildchild, badass!
Another version of Ghost Town I love was at Morongo where he mashed it up with Outlaws Of Love. Hauntingly beautiful, and that power note! Wow!
China's version was awesome too. Great choreography! Heard he was paid US$1.1 mil just to make an appearance! Megastar cum Queen's frontman doesn't come cheap! :)

+chezza san There were no synch troubles at all throughout the whole show, all auditions were perfectly synched, just Adam Lambert was "out of the rhythm" with his lips. Complete playback is obvious as shit.
Robert Sosik LOL There are synch probs in other vids, it happens especially when youtube compresses particular kinds of files to convert for their servers. Why would he put a deliberate lyric fail in his playback ROFL. He NEVER sings with playback. It's hard to believe he can sing that well live. But he does, every time. You can always tell when a singer is lip synching as opposed to just a video file being out of whack & it's obvious this is NOT a lip synch.

Naprawdę śmieszne to jest kiedy ludzie krzyczą że to playback :)
Wokalista jest świetny to raz, a dwa to to, że są momenty w których bywa troszkę pod dźwiękiem. Piosenka nie jest zaśpiewana idealnie jak na płycie, a głosy w tle to chórki.
+Bartek Dry No właśnie. Są drobne wpadki i jedna konkretna z tekstem. To nie brzmi jak playback. Z drugiej strony ten brak synchronizacji dźwięku z obrazem bije po oczach i pewnie o to cały szum.

Playback to nie był na 100% i świadczy o tym jeszcze kilka innych aspektów...
Też mi się wydaje, że jest to kwestia techniczna. Trudno tu mowić o playbacku. Są zarówno niedociągnięcia jak i fajne smaczki, które komputerowa obróbka zabija. Poza tym zawsze widać czy ktoś śpiewa, czy udaje że śpiewa. Adam ma generalnie tendencję do teatralnej nadekspresjii, więc jakby miał udawać że śpiewa to wyglądałoby to bardzo dziwnie :D Tu raczej skupił się na śpiewaniu.
+choomikx3 2:37 - 2:50 - ten fragment wygląda jak playback. Zwłaszcza na zbliżeniu w 2:43 - 2:45 wygląda jakby nie nadążał z ustami za tekstem. Ale mogę się oczywiście mylić.
