Bit of a typo there - his deal was for $22.5 million over 4 years. He definitely would have gotten double or maybe triple that in arbitration, but $225 million is never happening lol.

I would agree if it was proven he knew she was 13. But it was proven she showed him a fake ID. I would have to see what she looked like to determine if that was realistic or not. I have seen 13 year olds that look 18 and I have seen 13 year olds that look 8. Just depends on how puberty hits them I think 2 years is appropriate if they couldnât prove intent

To me, it was crazy. I really dont like that the winter league (LVBP) would allow a fucking Comvicted child predator be around, but alas, we had fucking francisco Butto playing and he killed a guy. Also he is gonna play in the "new" summer league (LMBP) and thought the same i said before. I was actually really excited about LMBP cause baseball in venezuela to be is always fun, but holy shit, they really fucking it up with this shenanigans
