  • Learn these simple DIY hand embroidery stitches in todays beginner embroidery tutorial. I will be showing you how to do the running stitch, backstitch, chain stitch and the satin stitch. These are all great stitches to know for completing beginner embroidery projects and patterns. I'll show you how each step is formed slowly and then increase it in speed so you can see the completed stitches. Once the row of embroidery stitches is complete. I'll also demonstrate how to tie them off and secure them on the back of your work.
    Embroidery is a great craft that is really inexpensive compared to other crafts and can be really relaxing. It also doesn't require a huge amount of bulky supplies so it makes it easy to travel with as well.

    Thank you for the demonstration! I am thinking about taking up embroidery. Covid 19 gives me the perfect excuse to renew an old hobby.
