Tiramisu在英國實在太普及，每間超市都會出他們品牌的Tiramisu，價錢都很抵，而且很大盒，質素可以媲美酒店級的專業水準。 但其實都有高低之分。 今次我以專業評審的角度去品評四大超市的 Tiramisu, 從外表、質感、味道、餅底乾濕度、朱古力粉、marsala 酒味和咖啡味的平衡度來作比拼。這樣大家知道自己吃了甚麼，將來如何選擇。做一個有品味的消費者！ 吃完這四個甜品後，我實在好飽，而且最後要一個人食晒佢。🫠 雖然好大犧牲，但只要你地食得開心，甚麼都是值得的。🫡
Tiramisu is very popular in the UK, and every supermarket has its own brand of Tiramisu. They are reasonably priced and come in large boxes, with quality that can rival professional hotel standards. However, there are differences in quality among them. This time, I approached the evaluation of Tiramisu from a professional judge's perspective, considering factors such as appearance, texture, flavor, moistness of the biscuit base, cocoa powder, balance of Marsala wine and coffee flavors. This way, everyone will know what they are eating and how to make choices in the future. Be a discerning consumer! 好感謝專業分享，好 agree 冇乜特殊需要，真係出面買好過自己整。而想問餅底大濕，除左製作過程，儲存環境及 packaging 會不會有關呢？
純粹製作夠唔夠細心和水準。製作單位有冇重視過味道嘅層次和口感。因為餅底有乾有濕，酒和咖啡嘅份量都要準確。
馬莎咁多年，都做到這個餅底有濕有乾的水準，並不是巧合的

Waitrose 酒味過濃，過於刺辣，同樣有太濕的問題。令人失望。
不是過濃便能取勝，要平衡才可。
Waitrose 水準只能與Tesco 同分，我很懷疑是同一間OEM 甜品廠做的。

Sorry， tried before., very disappointing. Waitrose one according to my definition and the nature of tiramisu, I can say that it was one of the worst from my point of view. It is too wet and mushy, Marsala wine is too much and strong that it kills the flavour of other ingredients. It only gives strong taste of Masala wine to trick u and other ppl that they are good. But indeed, as a professional point of view, what we are looking for is balance . So I will give it very low mark
I am also wondering if the Waitrose and Tesco one are from the same OEM food factory coz their taste and texture are very similar.
@@yourKitMak ah really? I always go with Aldi’s and Waitrose. I tried a M&S one which was too wet in the base and the texture was weird. It wasn’t alike what you had in the video. I guess it really depends on the batch of the product!

@@yourKitMak肥唔緊要，一定要做運動呀，英國冬天無得出街，家人有糖尿就順手篤吓自己，竟然去到糖尿水平，好彩早發現調節飲食運動就正常返... 無意識嘅人一般要十年先會嚴重到有病徵確診，到時肝腎都差晒啦... 尤其40以上嘅都最好留意吓。
