The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم) came out to inform us about the Night of Qadr but two Muslims were quarreling with each other. So, the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم) said, “I came out to inform you about the Night of Qadr but such-and-such persons were quarreling, so the news about it had been taken away; yet that might be for your own good, so search for it on the 29th, 27th and 25th (of Ramadan).
    Sahih al-Bukhari 2023
97.4 Jabir bin ‘Abdullah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم) said
‘A slave (of Allah) shall not believe until he believes in Al-Qadar (Divine decree), its good and its bad, such that he knows that what struck him would not have missed him, and that what missed him would not have struck him.”

    Sunan an-Nasa’i 4955
97.6 Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that
The Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم) said: “Whoever stands (in the voluntary night prayer of) Ramadan out of faith and in the hope of reward, his previous sins will be forgiven. And whoever spends the night of Lailat Al-Qadr in prayer out of faith and in the hope of reward, his previous sins will be forgiven.”

“There are no days in this world during which worship is more beloved to Allah (سبحانه و تعالى) than the (first) ten days (of Dhul- Hijjah). Fasting one of these days is equivalent to fasting for one year, and one night of them is equal to Lailatul-Qadr.”

‏اللهم إنك عفو كريم تحب العفو فاعف عني
“O Allah, indeed You are Pardoning, [Generous,] You love pardon, so pardon me
    (Allāhumma innaka `Afuwwun [Karīmun], tuḥibbul-`afwa fa`fu `annī).’”
    Jami` at-Tirmidhi 3513
97.10 Zirr (b. Hubaish) (رضي الله عنه) reported
I heard from Ubayy b. Ka’b (رضي الله عنه) a statement made by ‘Abdullah b. Mas’ud (رضي الله عنه) in which he said: He who gets up for prayer (every night) during the year will hit upon Lailat-ul-Qadr. Ubayy said: By Allah, there is no god but He, that (Lailat-ul-Qadr) is in Ramadhan (He swore without reservation: ) By Allah, I know the night; it is the night on which the Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم) commanded us to pray. It is that which precedes the morning of twenty-seventy and its indication is that the sun rises bright on that day without rays.
