My wife has passed away before me in March 2022 and since then my heart is broken and my pain is not easing as she was my half my everything the only love ever.I’ve been told her soul is present even though she is not physically around but this isn’t enough to me;I’d be happy and grateful if someone can help by telling me what to do as I cannot stop being sad and tearful.

hello, i have a strong belief for Islam and its practices. and i come from a religious family as well. i often find it difficult to pray and i try to listen to as many duas as i can. my life has become extremely difficult this year, for the past 7 months. and every time it keeps getting worse. im thankful to Allah for making me strong enough and healthy enough to go through my tests but now it feels extremely painful. please keep me in your prayers. Friday after Jumma prayer he has been cremated in cemetery.
