Nice video Ben, great to see your drive through the field. It isn't a "completely new concept" as I have done this series myself but still interesting to see. There were very similar results to my 'Reverse Grid Race' around Silverstone on my channel so cheers for doing that little experiment for me.

The start of each race is either the reverse of the last race results or championship.

Do this at Monaco in the rain!
To get 7 seconds, you have to press L1, L2, R1 and R2 at the same time without pressing them too early, and the same for pressing Triangle and X at the same time without pressing them too early when being released.
Montoya did take a pit stop, Tiametmarduk, because I noticed that on the map displayed on the bottom left, his icon slightly went off the line where there is an arrow, and at the pit straight, his icon stopped moving for a couple of seconds before he started moving again.

I have got an idea for you Ben. How about on any of your F1 games, you switch to manual and use top gear for the whole race? So on F1 2006, you use 7th gear throughout the whole race? You can even call it 'Top Gear Challenge' and get some clickbait

Haryanto is actually quite decent.... He quelified 17th yesterday, has outqualified Wehrlein 4 times, and in GP2 he finished 4th and won races in a crap car, and absolutely SMASHED his team mate, scoring like 180pts to Arthur Pic's like 70. He also beat his team for 3 years before that. Not bad for a "pay driver". Hope his SMS campaigm works out.
Montoya hadn't made a stop when he was leading, hence why when you were coming through club, he was in the complex at the end of the lap. Once he pitted he rejoined in his net position.

Tried this in Monaco way back in the day when I had this game. It did not go well!!
You should definitely do a championship season with the reverse grid style. Just keep track of how many points every driver/team gets. Like we saw, Sato finishing 4th and beating faster cars, as well as Button getting the win. Really random results. I think it would be a highly entertaining championship.
Also, maybe drive a mid-field or slightly faster car, rather than a top tier car (just a suggestion tho) to not be completely OP :)
