The outlaw Josey wales
Dirty Harry
Every which way but loose
Still one of my top favorites was , The Outlaw josey whales
Josey Wales
Unforgiven
Gran Torino
+10 others...
Totally- !! So beautiful
The Outlaw Josey Wells
Sydney Penny is absolutely gorgeous.
Was, still and will be.
Sydney Penny, one of my favorites of all time going way back to the Thornbirds. She certainly was perfect in Pale Rider, especially the final scene calling out to Preacher as he rode away. As good a scene as have ever been filmed. Bravo, Sydney!
@@user-cf6te2ug2g Why, is she a carpenter now?
Yes still is
I own this movie and had no idea she was only 13 in it.
If it's a Clint Eastwood movie you know it's good!! I can't believe it's been that long!! I'm getting old!! Rest peacefully to all who have passed. 🕊️🙏❤️
Making people happy cannot save your soul.
Amen Brother. Clint always had a foundational message in his movies that will live on longer than we do. It was always for good over bad, and cursing those who did nothing in the face of bad. "All it takes for evil to prevail is for good men to do nothing." - Edmund Burke.
@@Jonno2summit I've been using that saying a lot the past few months but I made it simpler for people who don't know that word. "for evil to exist, is for good men to do nothing." and........"woe unto those who say, Good is evil and evil is good." The Bible.
@@JohnSmith-uy7sv Wow, yeah, you get it. There is darkness and light, and are obviously opposed. They mingle in the twilight and dusk, but in true form cannot mix - like oil and water. You can put oil and water in a blender and they will mix for a while, but it is their nature to oppose each other and separate after a short while. They just come from different worlds, like good and evil.
We have experienced the mixture of those 2, both personally and on the lighted stage, and that is the constant norm. But in the end they cannot remain mixed together as they are opposed so much. Oil and water. Good and Evil.
I think Clint Eastwood was always calling for the veiwers of his movies to make a choice - to take a stand. To stand for something, but full-tilt and not halfass it.
Basically, don't be a pussy in life.
@@Jonno2summit 😐
Sydney Penny was amazingly beautiful then and now. Great movie. Great cast.
Clint was older than a lot of the cast but has outlived most of them. Let that sink in.
He takes good care of himself and doesn't smoke etc.
Lots of money, vitamin shots, eats healthy, avid reader, limited exercise, regular body massage ,young woman .Sorry not trying sound inappropriate on the last one…
Glad to see Sydney Penny aged so well...my young heart fell in love with her looks and voice the first time I saw her in this movie 😍 😍 😍
Sydney is, as beautiful today, as she was in the movie! She is like a shiny bullet, touching your heart as a pennant!
The real strength of a good man, is feeling that love and protecting it, without ever harming it! As Eastwood rode off hearing the words, I love you preacher! It's his strength, that will find Sydneys heart, a love of her life, by knowing him!
R. I. P to all actors that have passed away
Met Richard Kiel in 1986 while working at Santa Clara Marriott hotel. Still have his autograph in my hobby room. One hell of a nice guy. R.i p rich
HE BROKE MY "FUCKEN NOSE"--
Pale Rider is my favorite Eastwood film. I have most of his films and thoroughly enjoy them but I've watched Pale Rider the most.
Clint Eastwood is a living legend.
Go ahead make my day.
This is one of my all time favourite movies
Hard to believe it has been 37 years! Great movie then and now.
Last spring I saw on Facebook it was Michael Moriarty's 81st birthday. First thing that came to mind - and I actually used this one liner to wish him a happy one - was "Long walk...."
I just couldn't resist.
Awesome movie, as most of Clint's .
"Yep"
Glad Sydney is well, knew her when she was little, I was happy to be a friend of her dad Hank.
Sydney Penny, oh my gosh. Gorgeous ❤️❤️it’s 👍🏼to know that she is still doing well.
I am so glad that the legendary Clint Eastwood is still with us today on this February 26th 2023...
Richard Kiel was a family friend of ours! He was the nicest guy!
Sydney Penny is still gorgeous.
Bless Clint Eastwood!❤️🙂
Outlaw Josey Wales made Clint my favorite. Pale Rider was his most unsung roll. Unforgiven may be my favorite. Call me tomorrow, I might change my mind, there are so many greats from this fella.
Am partial to "Grand Torino" because of the Korean War acknowledgment. Just commenting.
Totally agree
Unbelievable 1985! And most of the actors are no longer with us 😔. Great film and very informative video,Thank you.
Sydney played in all my children she killed it 👏🏾
My favourite film of all time is "the Outlaw Joset Wales", I see it Christmas Day while eating lunch and on my Birthday 1st June EVERY year. Sometimes I slip in an incidental too :)
Penny was so gorgeous in the film .
Love A Good Western, & Pale Rider, Is Among My Favorites. Loved It.
Sydney Penny , boyhood
crush so beautiful.
Just watched again. Thanks Clint!
Man. Some of these guys died too early. RIP.
One of my favoritist movies ever!!
The 2022 photo of Sydney Penny at 3:03 reminds me so much of another former Clint Eastwood co-star, Jessica Walter. (when Jessica was young)
Sydney how time has only passed to enhance your looks !
I met Sydney Penny in Laguna Hills,CA back in '98 or so. This was when she was doing daytime soap. She was really nice and very pretty.
Where Eagles Dare is the best Clint Eastwood movie, Along with Any which way you can and any which way but loose
Outlaw Josey Wales and the Unforgiven are his best western s for me
For me those are some of his worst movies. In one the German soldiers' aim is worse than that of the troopers in Star Wars and in the others he wanders aimlessly doing nothing while an orangutan is the star of the show.
I loved Where Eagles Dare and Kelly's Heros, but westerns were where Clint seemed born to do.
Hard to watch the can and loose films knowing what happened to one of those Orangutan's, beaten to death by the trainer for taking a donut, disgusting and if i'd have been Clint i'd of ripped that guy's head off.
Carrie Snodgrass was the most pleasant surprise for me 😍 she was absolutely gorgeous in her later pic 🥰 she was taken from us far too soon 😢
She is not gone! She is in your heart! There is no leaving!
I heard Stallone wanted to cast her in the Rocky movie franchise...
When I was young I thought "omg I'm gonna grow old and die" now I'm old thinking "omg I was young once" 🤣 getting old is a total trip
Once to die, then comes the judgement. Better be prepared. Know Jesus, know peace. NO Jesus, No peace.

In 2016, I drove my son to pick up his wife’s gifts from her baby shower. This was at her grandma’s house. While I was there I spent a half hour speaking with a beautiful lady who had been washing dishes. She was very nice. On the drive home, my son told me it was his wife’s aunt Sidney the actress.
Nice little story!
Great video. Thank you for making this. It's sad so many are gone. Great actors and actresses.
Wonderful video. Looking at all these great actors and their roles in the film, makes you really Appreciate the importance
of the "Casting Directors". A "good" film can turn into a GREAT film with the right people!
Loved richard Kiel. He was always great in everything he was in..
Loved this movie
Loverly video and thanks for showing us
Drago was one of the best bad guys ever in The Untouchables.
'Nitti' "I heard he died like a stuck Irish pig" 'Ness', "Did he sound anything like that"! 'Stone', "Where's Nitti", 'Ness', "He's in the car".
Nothing like a good piece of Hickory
Richard Kiel I actually met him in the parking lot of a local grocery store, he had pulled into a parking space next to me in a car that was a retractable roof. He was getting out when I was and I said wow its Jaws! He turned around and smiled. I got to shake his hand. This was like in 2005 or 2006. He family in Birmingham, AL. This was in Hoover AL. He was a really nice guy believe it or not. Most actors you run into them they go the other way.
I grew up on the NW side of Chicago..Carrie Snodgress's family were neighbors of ours..we moved to western Wisconsin in 1973..Sometime during that year, Carrie's mother, Carrie senior, wrote to my mom telling her Carrie was off to Hollywood to become a star..as fate would have it..She met Neil Young & they hadda son together..I have no recollections of either Carrie or her brother John..even tho my brother, Kert played with John as kids..Last I knew, John was still out in California working on Neil's ranch..
Fran Ryan was a rare gem of an actress. RIP to her, and the others. Some of which died way too young.
My favourite all time actor is Clint Eastwood, favourite Eastwood movie - The Outlaw Josey Wales
Very interesting info bout a great movie 👍
Great movie and actors😊
This video was done perfectly. Short and to the point. !!!
Favorite Clint Eastwood film: Escape from Alcatraz 🥰!
Thuderbolt & Lighfoot come to mind.
The movie where Clint tunnels under a gold mining town, to collect dropped gold dust & the Donkey caves it in
They all did an extrodenary job in the movie one on the best Westerns 👍
As the director says, do it this way, do it that way, do it shorter, do it longer, over here, no over there and take after take after take for the blooper reels. And then the director says, cut and that's a rap.
CE the best
Sydney was so fine in this movie. She still looks good!
A shame Chris Penn died so young. He was in some really good movies at a young age. Seemed like a much more likable guy than his brother Sean!
Hear,hear!
The wildlife! “It’s casual”
Cocaine is a powerful drug.
No shit
i actually liked the movie that
Sydney penny has done and she has done a fantastic job with her character in the movie hidden places,
This came out sometime in 2006 it's a very great movie. I like to see Sydney do more movies
When I was a young lad back in the early 60's the show 'Marshall Dan Troop' was my favorite. Watched it in black & white on an old TV set that had 'rabbit ears' antenna.
Love Clint. He just keeps going and going.
Never, to be honest, a huge fan of Eastwood, I have to admit that the names of either Snodgrass or Penny in a cast list usually had me eager to watch whatever was on offer.
very good presentation, no bs
One of my favourite movies ever🤠👏
Drago was always a great baddy
Meanest looking face in cinema bad guy history, great in the untouchables too
Fav is Pale Rider("nothing like a piece of hickory")
John Russell was the real deal. Part of Warner Bros stable of TV cowboys in late 1950s and 60s. Clint put him in 3 of his flicks.
Which ones?
@@deepb249 Pale Rider, Honkytonk Man, & The Outlaw Josey Wales as Bloody Bill Anderson.
@@craigh8602 he always looked very thin
Great post, thank you. Sad to see so many of these stars have past-on. I remember watching Pale Rider, first showing on the day it was released. The good ol' days....
Watched the movie 100 times, still do, best ever,
Beautiful then and now
Good Video/Info.
I will never forget Richard Hamilton in "Arthur." It was a small role but excellent. I know all his lines.
This lady is a timeless beauty. I hope shes had a great life .
because she's pretty? what about ugly people? They are human too. duh.🙄
@@JohnSmith-uy7sv Oh 😯 hush
@@marsbeegeefan1482 Woke cancel culture go away.
You hush
@@JohnSmith-uy7sv yea....you....you hush
Nice! very Nice
Um dos meus filmes favoritos do mestre Clint. Aqui no filme é Cavaleiro Solitário
Well done. Good comments and voice inflection.
My favorites in this order outlaw josey Wales, pale Rider , unforgiven ,
03:47 | Why was "Rio Brave" blurred out? Otherwise, a cool, very interesting presentation!
Great movie
Sad for those who were taken so young, but its nice for them that they can be remembered in such a famous movie
One of my favorite western movies....
You'll likely watch this movie more than once. It's a fantastic film and another Clint Eastwood classic!
Love this video you made!!😊😊😊❤️❤️❤️❤️
One question I wanted to ask you: If the original voice actor of Mermaid Man (Ernest Borgnine) has died in 2012, who will be the new voice of Mermaid Man in SpongeBob SquarePants??❤️❤️❤️
Time FLIES! Wow
A very good cast and most of them already had years of experience under there belts and that always helps to make a great movie. You don't see that kind of experience in movies now as much but times change I guess.
That's Sydney Penny now?? She aged beautifully...Wow!
That was very interesting and I enjoyed seeing where all these people are and I really loved the movie and have seen it many times=Clint never made a bad one~!!
I love you preacher...!
Excellent video and very informative, and "Thank you" for sharing the video... * ( WE ) all someday..., will get old or simply be called a "Senior Citizen" and of course die... The "circle of life" and life is short... * Many people say..., "Age is only a number." Interesting video and thank you for sharing the video... " Semper Fi " Mike in Montana P.S.: To all of these fine actors..., "Rest in Peace." :)
It was always a little unnerving to see Richard Kiel laughing & joking with other actors & actresses on Match Game in the 70s.
For all I know,he was the kind of neighbor who'd lend you yard tools & then forget that he'd lent it to you.
but, still, his portrayal as the heavy in so many roles was always direct.
In The Last Detail,Michael Moriarty was the Lieutenant who accepted custody of Randy Quaid from Otis Young & Jack Nicholson.
CHILDREN WILL CATCH THEIR DEATHS!
I'm still in love with Sydney Penny!!! lol She probably doesn't even know ,,,, LOL
and she doesn't care either. You average person. 🤣🤣
It's not unusual. Ha-ha....see what I did there?
Wow , Clint Eastwood 92 years old still alive and most of his fellow actors died .
I always wondered what happened to the girl in this classic western. Thanks for the update!
With out a doubt, Unforgiven. "It's a hell of a thing, killing a man." He did some of the music. Academy Award, Best Movie. #2 Outlaw Josey Wales. Chief Dan George, "We shall endeavor to persevere."
Sydney is still Beautiful.
"Can't serve God and mammon both...
Mammon bein' money."
So, I am watching your Vid, when you did Doug McGrath, nothing special until I read part of the list of film credits. PORKY'S showed up. I did not remember McGrath in Porky's, until IMDB reminded me of two parts, one with the 'Lassie' bit and then with all the coaches in the Office to hear Ms. Ballbreaker. Both ending with ,.... much, much 'laughter'. Thank you for that.
Thought Sydney Penny was older than 13 when she was in Pale Rider, thought she was at least 16. Also i used to always think it was Sean Penn in Pale Rider, funny enough he went on to do Mystic River with Clint Eastwood.
Still looks great and even better than the 1985 movie.
Clint Eastwood is successful
For Penny to be only 13 at the time, she was one great actor. I thought she was closer to 18 at the time.
Sure you did.
@@andrewbeattie6520lol
3:03 Lol, the cute smile stayed....
Eastwood fans should watch TV series Episodes of Rawhide (esp Season 7, 8) when he was a featured lead as 'Trail Boss', replacing Gil Favor (Eric Fleming). This change was intended i think, and turned out to b, his launching pad into the "spaghetti" Western Trilogy of Fistful of $$, Few $$ More, and Good Bad Ugly. You could see how he developed from Rawhide into his classic style of acting with body posture, his Eyes, without saying much.
Best far western movie ever!
