Fish Curry
Ingredients
Fish - 750 grams
Kashmiri chilli - 3
Red chilli - 6
Coriander seeds - 3 teaspoon
Cumin seeds - ¾ teaspoon
Pepper - 1 teaspoon
Fennel seeds - 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves
Ginger
Garlic cloves - 4
Gingelly oil - 4 tbl spoon
Mustard - ½ teaspoon
Fenugreek - ½ teaspoon
Chopped shallots - 1 cup
Garlic cloves - 6 to 7
Tomato - 2
Salt
Turmeric powder
Tamarind juice of small lemon size
