    INGREDIENTS:
    4 Cups of Rice
    1 kilo turkey
    140g Tomato Paste (2 small satchet)
    1 & 1/2 Cup blended tomato/Pepper mix
    1 &1/2 cup Turkey Stock
    1 big size Onions (chopped)
    150 ML vegetable Oil (2 Cooking spoon)
    2 tsp Curry powder
    2 tsp Thyme
    1 Fresh Ginger
    2 fresh garlic clove
    2 tbsp fresh ginger & garlic paste
    2 tbsp of margerine / butter
    4 seasoning Cube
    Salt to taste
    Tomatoes & Pepper Mix
    6-7 Medium Size Tomatoes
    10Cayenne Pepper (Shombo)
    2 fresh garlic cloves
    1 small fresh ginger
    1 big size Onions
    For Garnishing
    1 Fresh Tomatoe
    2 tbsp Cooking margarine
    Spices used (highly optional)
    1 tsp Spicity seasoning powder
    To Boil protein
    1 kilo turkey
    2 seasoning Cubes
    1 Tsp Curry powder
    1 Tsp Thyme
    1 tbspn ginger/garlic paste
    sliced onions
    You can double or divide the ingredients depending on the quantity you are making.
