With a setup like this probably not, especially with the experience of the singers involved. Some live performances you can hear feedback or an odd breath from the singers microphone.
We need to appreciate these powerful ladies because let's not forget that THEY SANG THIS SONG 3 TIMES for this recording. Each performance was full of emotion, passion, story and impeccable singing techniques.

Big Mama is a 1.5-generation K-pop group that debuted between 2002 and 2003, so young students probably don't know Big Mama well. All of the Big Mama members will turn 50 soon. Still, I am so glad that Big Mama is back with us. Thanks for this reaction.

In Korea, Lee Young-hyun is a legend included in the top 5 female vocalists along with So-hyang and Park Jeong-hyun.
It is very clear why that is the case...I love So Hyang (I think she is easily at the top) , but Lee Young-hyun is no slouch, she can hold her own and I am totally intrigue by her. Down to earth and lets her singer do the talking. Now one of my favorites, as well as the others.

I love the way you feel those emotion! Even without any lyrics translation!(i mean i was so surprised that you literally *understood* and *felt* the lyrics exactly.) I really loved bigmama from like i was 10 or something but, i've never thought about the detail. Lee Young hyun is the one you said was a beast! She is ! She did a Project with SoHyang and Lena Park some years ago called ,” The Mermaid Project”! I think you will enjoy it! Three of Korea’s Top Divas together! That did a version all singing together and each did a Solo of it as well!

Right at the peak of Lena’s and Lee-Young Hyun’s,careers and at this time SoHyang was relatively new to genre’s outside of Gospel( most of her Gospel work was done outside of Korea, she has performed in 60 countries( many times in the, USA) but all had done successful covers of, the Little Mermaid!

It’s amazing that music can make you emotional even if you don’t know what they’re singing about. This had me tearing up. So beautiful 💗 and I agree with you comparing them to Mamamoo. One of my relatives worked with them. There was called MBoat company. That company had lots of talented singers such as Gummy, Wanted, RealSlow ect.. They used to hold the concert called "Soul Train". My brother went there and said it was the most wonderful experience he ever had. ! Wish this pandemic finishes soon and go to their concert !!

I don't always read all the comments, but I'm sure you've heard that Diana Ankudinova (now 18) has won another competition show in Russia. There are 9 amazing performances to choose from. 발성 뭐 기술적인 모든게 다 가수에겐 중요하긴 하지만,
결국엔 기본이 바탕이 된 상태에서 전하는 감정전달 진심 진정성 열정 이 전달 되었을때
감동 받는것 아닐까.
노래의 주인공이 내가 되는 듯한 경험을 느끼게 해주는 가수...가...
근데 이분의 리액션은
물론 빅마마 영상 덕분에 보긴 했지만,
가사가 다르고, 소리만으로 감정전달을 받는 입장이실텐데
그런 와중에도, 그 소리에서 그 가수가 어떤 감정으로 얼마나 진심으로 감정을 전달하는지
느껴주는 것 같아서 한국인으로써 고맙고, 조회수가 높은 것일지 아닐까 싶다
the name came from, the fact that they were larger than what was considered mainstream when they were young. that was noticed with some of their performances back then, however true talent win in the end.
