- Yup. Its the Team Associated SR-10.
This dirt oval car absolutly rips, assuming i can manage to get it around a corner. Who doesn't like drifing on dirt. Brushless, 2 Wheel Drive street-stock greatness. I can't wait to race this thing.

Congrats!
Off road racing is where ALL racing started.............Kids say the cutest things❤️
Ha! Yes you’re right. Thanks so much.
this looks fun, all these Team Associated releases hit me right in the feels, thanks for showing it off!
Right? Had to have it.
Old school dirt tracking, that's going to be a fun track!! Digging the classic nascar looking body, 1st thing I thought is painting one blue and yellow, with a BIG FAT 3!!!!!! I need to say no names lol!!!!!!
Do it for Dale!
Ah Dang it! Cmon! Cmon! =) Sweet rig. looks lite, how heavy do you think it is? All the best bro!
Hmmm. Not sure. I should scale it.
Well done! I love my DB10. Want some of the SR10 tires now. Not as much tread but I like the rear tires being wider. Also wondering if DB10/Trophy Rat tires would be better for that track with all the loose dirt. Keep up the good work! Your videos are always done well.
Thanks! Yeah. A lot of the guys are running pin tires on the big track. We haven’t gone around this track very much.
Sweet! I'm sure it'd handle better with some better tires. The stock tires don't look like they'd offer much grip. Great job, as always, painting your controller. Hope to see some races with this!
Yeah. I think it might benefit from some pin-tires. Thanks buddy. ‘Murcia!
Hahahah, it was not the frog! 😂😂😂. Glad it was not the Drag Slash everyone is showing it.
Bandit Drag for life😉
I agree!!
Sweet car and track to go with it. Nice job on the radio.
America! Haha. Thanks dude. The track still needs a bunch of work but it’ll get there.
Sweet ride! At first I thought the controller was stock, that thing is sick! The track is awesome but looks a bit hard and dry. I’d imagine the car would operate smoother with some conditioning.
Absolutely, but it’s what we have.
Love your vids nice car
Thank you so much, Toni!
Awesome. I can't believe that track dried out that fast. Lol
We'll work on set up and get it handling better for you....
Yes please.
Merica!!!! Great video man! Kinda gave me chills when the music hit lol I race dirt oval myself I think its more fun then off road for me. Fast pace neck to neck racing I race a associated sc5m for sc street stock and my favorite class is sc pro modified. Not to be confused with crappy mudboss lol. I have a sc6 for that with full tekin electronics. She is a ripper! Slide side ways around the corner slinging dirt. Doesn't get any better then that. Well beer and butts are better lol
Nice! Everyone is after me to build a mud boss, but now the season is over.
@@10thScaleGarage must be a out door track. I have a indoor track so the winter point season is starting. 🤘🤘 mud boss will be a cheap build that's forsure. U should buy a kit and build from scratch on video if you decide to build one.
You need to be on a dead roll in the turn w 1/2 throttle out. also get more chassis weight (shims) on the left rear and right front..
some - camber on the right ft. will take the 'knife edge' off the tire and let it lay flatter.
America! KCUF YEAH! Nice bro!👍🏾👊🏾✌🏾
Haha. Terrorists your day is through, cause now it’s time to answer to.... America.
Thinking about grabbing a few of these just to rip with the bros... Legit man wish I could smash out and rip with you guys.
Right?! Only one of my friends has a first oval car. I think I’ve convinced a few of them to buy/ build one so we can race together.
Nice track looks like a lot of fun cool car too
Thanks! It’s super fun.
the looks make up for the performance
Nice car pretty cool
Thanks!
That's nice
That body is soooooo cool
Right?! I dig it.
Oh ya!!!! Nice!!!
I’m glad you like it!
I like it
I got one last week ran it this weekend on the big oval. It did ok but the track is to large for 2s. Looked like I was running it at Daytona. You need to wet the track to help with the traction. Too much dust. 👍👍
Yeah. We used to have a big water tank, but sadly no more.
hello, what are the specifications of the vintage Kyosho Mega motor 14x2 dirt oval to fit such a car? Torque, not fast,I was so disappointed in my Ta03 FPro in 1998
*Let's Go!*
Whoop!
Great Car 👌
Thanks dude!
@@10thScaleGarage wish we had space like that to make a track over here in the UK the USA looks like RC paradise!
Got them custom LeakyBoiz shocks on there!
Hell yeah brother.
How did you customize your radio looks great 👍
I made it. I have a video about how to customize it.
Cool ,can you put on 1/8 buggy wheels ?? To make a
Short course 2wd , to give up rip on the grass ?
Probably!!!
My boss man preps an actual dirt track every weekend they run a late-model race car a legend race car and a u car
That sounds awesome!!!
you should water down your track a little bit when practicing. it makes it so theres no dust and you get a lot more traction.
Nice car!!! where's that track in OH? is it yours? (new to your channel)
It’s a private track in NW Ohio. Welcome to the 10th scale squad!
If you rip off the first foot of dirt and lay a bunch of cotton down then cover with red clay and clay sand mixture mix the clay and clay sand 70 percent red clay and 30 percent fine clay sand that cotton will hold moisture in track in summer time during day or night in hot heat and sun for hours no need to rewater through out day and roll it back in that's what all the real dirt tracks do as well and works great like eldora was one of first dirt tracks to lay cotton works amazing so now ever clay or sand clay and black dirt, dirt tracks lay cotton to keep dust down keep track wet and consistent and fast. Dirt oval racing is fun in real cars and fun in rc cars. I also race tenth scale indoor carpet cars on oval and road course same size as the 2019 snowbirds track cuse we bought the whole track and floor carpet walls barriers the half moon ice for oval corners timing system and we have 100-110 cars every week for oval one week and inroad next and in real rc dirt oval racing they don't allow gyros or any traction control what so ever. Tire prep is the key to any oval racing with rc cars especially on dirt to get more grip and use simple green to wash your tires even brand new ones makes them sticker and soften the compound. Also sipping and grooving your tires will make more grip as well and you tune your cars tires setup handling wise with the grooving and sipping as part of the whole setup process to get it to turn and get grip and disapate heat or build heat depends on how you groove them and sippe them. I run cars on dirt with no traction control that are way way faster and two-wheel drive than the street stock will ever be so you don't need traction control and it's illegal as well and 99% RC dirt tracks and also if you really want to have fun look at a mods like what they run to the chili bowl you can use like a Short course truck based chassis and you build a full-blown dirt oval modified they sell special chassis form at dirt works but you can also use a lcg Traxxas Slash chassis and build up off of that for a really nice a mod and they haul the mail I'm talking about doing 50 60 MPH around dirt tracks that size they also have a class called mud balls where it's the stock lcg chassis/only with the brushed motor and has a mud boss dirt modified body on it and there's also such thing as Short course truck Street stocks were used through a street stock body on your Traxxas Slash this street stock you got is based off of like a buggy chassis that's what we mainly run Street stocks with is a two-wheel drive buggy we put a street stock bodies on them so the car you got is pretty much a buggy chassis but built for oval racing but if you ever want to go to a club or nationally vent or something with money or trophies you got to get rid of that traction control and most tracks don't allow the stock body either that comes with it so that way there's not all the same number and the same looking car on the track still get really confusing the person announcing or just for even looking at your car cuz I've erased before where I had in my car in the carpet and someone else's car were very similar except the numbers were different was the only thing but the colors and everything were exactly the same layout and we got confused a few times that don't wrecking because I thought I was driving his car and he thought he was driving my car so it's very important to get your own body and paint it pretty much any Street stock body will fit on there too and they got these new Street stock might as well they're hide down Force they look funky but they got a lot of down force on them and they're legal. Also for tuning you can adjust by turning your shock dampeners up or down to get wedge and crossing rear bite in the car as well just like your regular adjusters on a real race car to adjust your cross wasting your corner wasting your right heights main thing is getting your right height set correctly first and then going from there with scales cuz each corner of the car is that going to be the same height right height wise off the chassis because you want to put wedge and cross in the car and also you need to measure your tires you want the bigger tire between the two fronts on the right front and then you want your biggest tire you got on your right rear that makes you look through is a little bit smaller than your right rear tire for roll out and help the car roll to the corner better as well it's like when you take a McDonald's cup and you roll it on the table and how it goes in a circle saying principle with a race car that's what your rollout is bigger tire on Bank tracks always goes on the right side for flat carpet trucks like I run on the bigger tires on the left side it's opposite it's weird but it works
I own one and love it
I put some J Concept Double D’s on it and it handles wayyy better now.
You need to wet the track down firstthen you take a couple cars and running around the track until it hardens up like asphalt real slicknot slick like wet slick after you seal it in Then it will be like clay slick that's how they do it at a regular dirt track
Yeah. Unfortunately we don’t have a water track or tank out there.
It definitly needs a General Lee body
Yesss!
👍🏾💯 shorter than the DR10
Yes.
Merica!😎
F-yeah!
@@10thScaleGarage 😂
Dirt Oval doesn't get the credit it deserves. There's a lot more than just turning left.
Totally. I put some JConcepts Double D’s on mine and it’s basically cheating now. Haha.
@@10thScaleGarage hahaha, that thing must have hooked up nice!
Hey buddy I have a hpi nitro rs4 and want to make a brushless rally car out of it , do ya know of any kits for converting it over , any info is greatly appreciated
I’d probably just start with longer shocks and get some rally tires.
Yep! I’m getting back one, eventually, and I’m a paint the outside black 😂 “3”
Doin it for dale, I see.
@@10thScaleGarage of course! And the paint will scratch up and it’ll look sweet after a few runs.
R/C Dirt Offset sprint oval is better. I used to love racing a good smooth track oval with slight banking and lots of left turns.😁
Yeah. I’d love to take it rona clay track, but this is the best we have for right now. Still super fun.
Hey budd I love this car.
would be cool to race with you some time . keep sling dirt budd
are you in the mid-west??
@@10thScaleGarage
unfortunately no budd I'm in the gd old wv.
Good afternoon bro
Hey buddy!!
How is everything
Pack that track, sweep the loose dirt and drift it till it loves you.
That’s the plan!!
Turning right to go left?
Yeah. You steer with the throttle.
Dirt oval car:traccas slash
Drag car:slash
Short course:slash
Drone:flyer AKA=SLASH
Haha. Boat? Slash.
Hover craft? Slash.
Sewing machine? Slash.
@@10thScaleGarage Ahahaha
✌🏻😎🏴I should have made a real guess 😂 I was going to say sr10 but I tried to be funny instead 😂.
I lol’d!
Trophy rat prosc10 parts interchange the chassis on this is shorter
Right on.
Every spin = ahhh
Haha. Yup.
your track is too bumpy
Too slow out of the box. I noticed as soon as amain made a video a bunch of people ordered one.
Guess shilling over CZcams definitely works...
I thought the same thing about the DR-10, I mean my BRUSHED bandit drag car would beat it every time. This though….. if feel like it’s just about the right speed for this track. Even if it was faster, I don’t think I could use it without really beating up the car.
@@10thScaleGarage Control is more important than speed on a dirt oval. The stock tires work better on asphalt than loose clay. Try Jconcepts Sprinter green tires, they really make a difference.
