- Backbone very quietly dropped a 2nd Gen Backbone One with a few things to look out for. Works with cases and compatible with iPhone 15! The Playstation edition has the different button layout and is white but other than that, both versions work the same. Playing my PS5 on my phone with remote play has been taken to another level with the Backbone One.

Backbone 1 had usb C for smartphones. They just made a weird one for old phones too.

Still £100 for a controller. Their marketing is all about misleading consumers. So many people think this turns your device into a console, or a remote player.
Wrong, your phone can already do this, and loads of better and cheaper options to pair a controller.
I don't understand how they can charge $100 for this thing. Probably cost them less than 15-20$ to make. An Xbox controller is 40-50 dollars cheaper with better build quality.
