Apple is trying their best to keep their moat, however it’s starting to dry up. Companies are creating better products than Apple. But they rely on their brand loyalty. Their hardware is insane, but their software is getting stale and dated.
Yeah I got a great deal for the 14 pro max. They took my 3 year old phone as a trade in for 800. Paid 300 for my new phone. They just locked me in a 3 year contract but hey, I paid far less for a new phone. I’m going Samsung next. Their phones are far better.
Yeah and customer service is good. Try getting customer service for Android. Google customer service is nonexistent
