Tuxedomoons First Album.
Recorded in 1979 and released in 1980.
Absolute Classic Album and never tired of hearing.
I love this so much, saw them live & it was one of the few albums I ever bought myself when I was a broke kid!
Between Tuxedo Moon, the Residents, Club Foot Orchestra, Indoor Life etc it was a great scene back in the day.
I bet. Throw in Chrome and Dead Kennedys and whoever else you got.
Thanks for sharing HD Vinyl!
The spooky guitar intro of the 1st track, is a blatant interpolation of the intro of the song Premature Burial by Siouxsie and the Banshees
D enfer se groupe qu elle plaise en concert vraiment yooo 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
chef d'oeuvre
First time listening to this. Very inspiring.

Some sounds remind of early New Order & Kraftwerk but different. Which means GOOD :)
first track so much like track 1 of Victorialand by Cocteau Twins
Abbastanza ma non del tutto... comunque.... thx for the comment. Best si wishes. Luca
the opening track of Victorialannd gives a sense of quiet harmony, Nazca on the contrary gives you a sense of alert, a tension that prepares you from something that you don't know of but you know is coming. Like a city landscape at night, slimy lights shimmering in the dark, and you have to walk with eyes wide open down dirty roads connected like nerves in a burnout brain. this album was the future that we are living today.
And also...Chrome as well!
.dada ramada stigmata armada cicada regatta tostada dada. In a few thousand years when this signal finally reaches Alpha Centauri---how the frack should I know? Probably think we're a bunch of weirdos and imbeciles, with really great taste in music! "I wonder how >they'd< taste?" Zaro ruminates with his mate, Zara, who replies, "Yummy, I bet! Let's teleport there now and find out, I'm famished!" "Me too, let's go . . ." And doing my best Charlton "Taylor" Heston: "Damn you, Tuxedomoon, goddamn you to hell!!!"
Well, I don't like it.
Ok👍 we make a reason
Meaningless "music".
Ave Borkic, ben arrivato... nei nostri dispositivi!
