I just watched bits and pieces, but wasn't able to find the context - why did you say your actions costed CvC points? I assumed that it meant you were doing things outside of CvC, but you were doing them in CvC. Are you trying to avoid some sort of cap? But then how does being a creator make it more ok doing that (is it an allowance from your clan?)

Also, does nature's wrath only work for active debuffs, or is it from total debuffs placed that round?

The "waste" is because it's a non personal rewards cvc

Also they don't want to score super high in non PR CVC to make it more likely to find an easier opponent for CVC PR. If you score super high in non PR CVC you will then be matched against other clans scoring super high in non PR CVC which will make PR a more tough matchup
