Step-by-Step Installation Instructions:
1. Remove bung caps and keep for drum disposal.
2. Thread recycler into 2" bung.
3. Continue threading until support plate touches the drum's rim.
4. Install grounding wire onto recycler, connecting the other end to unpainted metal.
5. Thread the carbon filter into the 3/4" bung.
5. Press the power button on the timestrip indicator to start tracking the 3-month service life.
4-Can Recycler Operation
Know before you begin:
1. Use 4-Can Recycler only with 55-gallon steel drums.
2. You can drain any number of cans at one time, but all chambers must have a can in them to prevent blowback.
3. Only puncture compatible materials together.
4. All cans must be the same height.
To Begin Operating:
1. Put on PPE before using.
2. Remove nozzles from all cans.
3. Disengage the ratchet clamp.
4. Unlock the cam lever.
5. Raise the lid and relock the cam lever.
6. Install cans into chambers.
7. Unlock the cam lever and lower the lid.
8. Relock the cam lever.
9. Reinstall the ratchet clamp. Note: Do not overtighten - 3 clicks only!
10. Press and hold handle until cans are fully drained. Do not release handle until all contents are fully dispersed.
11. Remove cans for recycling.
12. Return the lid to its original locked position.
