As I said I’m ordering it. Hate to say it tho, this is one of the companies that said “don’t give us a pat on the back, tell it how it is. If there’s issues, say there’s issues”. I told him exactly that in response. I said I will be completely honest with how things go. I’m not like these other gun tubers. Notice how my edc choices don’t change much? I’m not influenced by $$.
I like the way they set up the inside of that case. I like that they gave case candy. The esthetics are attractive. Trigger looks good from what we can see in vid. Grippiness looks good too. Front sight looks kinda small for older eyes, but those can be changed. Be cool to hear what it's like from the range! Awesome on GForce for reaching out to you with this.
Looks almost snag free…recessed takedown, recessed mag release, elevated and contoured slide release ridge. Also looks like it’s forgiving when being holstered given the chamfer on the top half of the slide. Should be well-contained recoil with that low bore axis. This looks more like a Steyr M9A2 clone with some optimizations for concealed carry and avoids the Steyr space-gun look. I’m betting it’ll shoot pretty dreamy. Looking forward to the range test video.
If they offer an optics ready model I will buy one within the first 30 days of their release. I loved everything I saw about this gun. The only negative is I would nead an RMR optics ready slide.
@@rp4534 Poor eye sight up close. I can see great at a distance but not good up close (I have to wear reading glasses) The sights are a blur without my reading glasses on and I would not have time to put them on in a self defense situation. A red dot fixes that. That is main reason.
Checkout the Bul armory axe C tomahawk…….it’s easily the best Glock clone imo. 1911 grip angle awesome grip texture great slide serrations amazing 3.5-4lb trigger ported barrel from the factory all for $750. I typically really dislike glocks but I can really get down with the Bul Axe tomahawk.
Based on this first look For me ..Its a miss Loved the ‘Rapture’ overall look and slide with the optics cut If they’d just utilized a more common mag ..HomeRun. For this ‘Exodus’ have much rather preferred a “19” sized GF9 with the slightly narrow lower frame possibly utilizing sig 228 or Berretta apxa1 mags.. Oh Well. I will buy another GF-9 ..AND I’m gonna wait till you review a Tisas PX9 Carry . At least they use common mags (P228)
I just got the exodus. Very decent pistol, ran 100 rounds through it. I like it, but can you tell me if i should replace the guide rod with a gen 3 guide rod instead of the kinda gen 4/5 guide rod? I'm talking about for long term durability. I just don't trust the current stock guide rod and spring.
You should review on the Combat Armory G19s. They're going for $199 lately. They're a good source for Glock small parts and have great deals on Glock barrels. Have to check out GForce though. The names sound kinda biblical. Are they "GodForce" fireaems??
doesn't this have the dovetail in the back,,, throw a baseplate that you can make it OR - not sure if I would go holosun SCS so I don't have to change the battery or a cheap one cause I want to buy a laser light combo for the rail... im not sure if the slide can be painted matte silver or stainless steel color... one of the videos the sig has some skater tape looking wrap and I would put it on this... threaded barrel option?- then maybe a suppressor front sight and a muffler

The finish look nice... but those smooth, gloss finishes on slides always seem to be the worst at handling wear and tear and they end up looking like hell really fast. Hope we get to see it put to the test. (Yeah, ruin your guns for my pleasure!).

That grip looks very comfortable and the trigger reset is impressive
